  • "touch my butt and buy me pizza" - @BasicWhiteGirl, circa 2015. In this week's episode, Brittany and Sarah talk about the most annoying app ever made for Twitter: TweetDeck. This app was taken over by so-called "content curators," straight up stealing tweets from other creators, and the cousins have a lot to say about it.

So, I _may_ be completely wrong here, but I’m, like, 99% sure that “Sunny D” is called that simply for the “cool/hip” factor as _way_ back when I was a kiddo (So, approximately 500 years ago. lol) “Sunny D” was actually called/known as “Sunny Delight”. And, like I already stated, I’m fairly certain that they got rid of the “elight” part (lol) just to be/sound “cooler/younger”.
Which isn’t to say that “Sunny D” _doesn’t_ have a notable amount of vitamin D in it, I honestly have no idea, all I _do_ know is that, again, like I’ve already said, it _used_ to be called/known as “Sunny Delight”.

Good luck, bud! Damn I remember my GCSEs, I had 25 exams I think (every subject was 2 exams and then economics was 3, idk if they're still like that) and by the end of it I was a husk. It feels like it'll never end at the start but you'll get there, and that feeling is like no other one you're done. You got this!

When I was a teen back in 2012, a girl I went to school with wrote a funny tweet that ended up getting ripped by every single one of these tweet decking account. She had like under 200 followers, so the original got a few dozen likes and retweets but Dori got like 10k+. Thats when I learned what these accounts do. It's fucked up

Right off the bat with the fruit bit at the start, you can “gum” an apple. My friend was diabetic and lost all his teeth due to rot at 23 years old and vowed that he would figure out how to eat all his favorite foods without dentures. Apples were the first.

Brittany talking about cleaning piss off the Baskin Robbins wall brought back so many flashbacks of working in food service. ; ___ ; I have sooo many horrifying and disgusting stories of what happened in our bathrooms. One of my faves to tell is when I went to clean the men's and in the stall there was a very clear, ADULT-SIZED sh.lt handprint on the wall. Not some child not being able to clean themselves up, this was definitely a grown-ass man coating his palm in his own (well, hopefully his own) excrement and proudly imprinting his own hand, like a kindergartner doing arts & craft handprints. (I know it's not your property, but please don't intentionally destroy public bathrooms. A human being has to clean that up.)

I remember when i was 11 “ typical girl” and i used to dm, i had this HORRIBLY unfunny account just trying to go viral and she probably found it endearing, she used to be so nice to me and we found out we were both native speakers of a very niche langauge so we bonded over that, its always so funny when people talk about tweet decks but i still have a soft spot for her because she was genuinely very nice to me 😭

As someone who used to work for tiktok doing moderation, we definitely did share dumb videos with the group to laugh at the person 😅 we also joked on how there should be a cringe policy violation, or a "don't ever do that again please" policy violation, or a "you can't dance, honey, sorry" policy just to give a warning.

    Tweet Decking IMO is:
Someone on Reddit posts something funny.
Someone on Twitter copy pastes it and post it.
An Instagram account will post a screenshot of the funny tweet.
Someone on TikTok will post the Instagram photo and fake laugh about it.
Then a middle aged person will find it somehow and post it to Facebook and the joke is officially dead.

That's what therapy is for. When we face it as a reality and accept that it happened and can't hurt us anymore, only then can we overcome the power it holds over us.
