Do you like the thumb attachment Rival used on this glove? It’s not the traditionally small piece of leather, but more like a “wing style” thumb attachment. Any thoughts on why Rival is using this design?
I have 18oz versions and they're rock hard (compared to rs2v and cleto reyes) on the outside and take a long time to break in to anywhere soft enough for sparring. They also take an age to dry after use. Very comfortable to wear (very straight thumb on the 18oz) and never had any knuckle issues because the inner padding is lovely.
@Ballpoint Pen the padding is the same thickness and density on the 14/16/18 so get the ones that fit your hands the best. Think of them as medium/large/extra large
I use that trick all the time on my white Jiujitsu gis if blood gets on it. But I learned it as child from my grandma doing it when I would get hurt doing something stupid lol
