I am the same way when it comes to consuming true crime!!! It’s one of the few forms of content that my adhd brain is able to sit and watch for a long time but I noticed after watching too much of it I can get into a really sad and down headspace 😖 but def heard good things about the Menendez brothers series on Netflix so will have to definitely watch it
hi Brooke! I definitely need to make snickerdoodle matcha, tomato soup, and grilled cheese soon. those Halloween dog toys look really cute, I recently purchased some for my grandma's dog as well. I'm loving the fall content, and i'm hoping to incorporate some true crime content within the next few months 🍁
I’m personally not a fan of true crime. Crime should not be entertainment and in doing so it’s giving the perpetrators even more recognition which is exactly what most of them want. They often aren’t done with the permission of the victims families either so they have to watch one of the biggest tragedies of their lives turned into entertainment for people 😢
I completely understand that point of view. I do think there's different types of true crime, one where it's wrongly romanticizing the perpetrator and being disrespectful to victims. Then there's other types that attempt to pay tribute, bringing awareness and justice to the victims as well as educating others on potential dangers and precautions. It's definitely a gray area, it is difficult to judge what is right and what is wrong and 100% varies case to case and by the specific movie, show, interview, etc. that we're discussing.

🍁Another great fall video! I would love to know your opinion of the Netflix show- The Perfect Couple.
Thank you! 🤎 I loved the book, it was sooo good - I didn't love the show, they changed and added a lot of things that I felt like ruined it a bit.
