    I remember MD forte! There was another brand called Intaglio or Inaligo. It was Glycolic based and my mom used it back in the day, big blue bottles.
    Ive been using Jans products for well over a decade!! I love the sugar cookie enzyme mask the most!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

    I have only been working with these products since February at my Spa but attended my first Jan Marini product knowledge class today in Ft. Lauderdale FL 🙌🏼 & couldn’t wait to watch one of these videos here. WOW, Jan , you are such a wealth knowledge & feel like I am oozing 500 € bills ☺️ bravo!! 👏🏼 I love that this company is privately owned (unlike the many other companies that are owned by Clorox, Colgate Palmolive etc)
    I received my first skin care management box set from the beautiful & oh so lovely Marissa as a gift bc of my retail numbers . Cheers to a very joyous , long relationship with you. Next product buy with my points is the Age Duality ! Thank you again Jan . Stay fabulous & privately owned! 😃

    I'm so grateful to my esthetician for introducing me to Jan Marini products. They have made a tremendous difference in my sensitive, rosacea skin. I only wish I had known about them 10 years earlier.

    Hi Jan, love your products. What are your thoughts on moisturizers? I noticed the line doesn't focus on moisturizing but rather hydration. Does this go inline with the few dermatologist (Obagi) that don't believe in moisturizers (can negatively impact skin function)?

      Jacob, thank you for reaching out. This is a rather complex issue and my answer is going to be greatly simplistic. Skin moisture is mostly determined by substances in the skin that retain water, such as mucopolysaccharides, ceramides, phospholipids and hyaluronic acid. These are known as glycosaminoglycans or GAGs. These substances begin to diminish in our 20's due to cumulative sun exposure, lifestyle, diet and general aging. Increasing these substances is critical to having skin that looks moist, dewy and volumized. This is where retinoids, glycolic and other medically validated substances are crucial because they can stimulate these factors.
      The second issue is barrier function. Barrier function speaks to your skin's ability to react appropriately under various weather conditions and circumstances. This is where the emolliency of a product and certain topical agents come into play.
      JMSR addresses both of these issues. You can learn more about this topic and many others in my IG Live interviews.
      Hope this is helpful!

    I attempted to open an account and was told I was not a candidate because I do not have 2 rooms designated for skincare and I was housed in a salon not meeting the jan marini standards. However, here in Sacramento I am aware of two salons that carry this line with 1 Esthetician, in 1 room, and may I add in 1 room in a salon! I am disappointed! I respect the product formulations and its disappointing that in this new era, of COVID19, this company is not seeking to do business with small practices.

      Maria, thank you for reaching out. I truly appreciate your respect for the JMSR product line. I don't know the specific details of your situation, but I will review our policies and procedures. Thank you, again.

      Hi Maria, Jan Marini has required 2 plus treatment rooms dedicated for skin, for at least the last 12 years. I don't know how those salons got through.

    How long does one set of the Skin Care Management System last, on average?

    • @janmarinifounderofjanmarin231
      @janmarinifounderofjanmarin231  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Georgie. Thank you for your question. It can vary from person to person, but on average, roughly 6-8 weeks, give or take. Thank you again!
