8 to 10 Vitamin E capsules open and take out the oil, 2 tbsp almond oil, warm 150ml coconut oil. Half cup of curry leaves, crush the curry leave and add to the coconut oil, cool off and strain. Add to the vitamin E and almond oil mixture. Rub it into your hair very well.

It's a video about how to reduce your hairfall and increase hair growth at the same time and its a hair oil making video. So, all you need is extra virgin coconut oil around 100-150ml. Badam shirin oil i.e. almond oil 2 tablespoon and 10 vitamin E capsules. So first on low heat boil coconut oil and add coarsely grinded curry leaves into it. Boil it for around 10 minutes on low flame. Then turn off the gas and let it cool down. In a bowl add 2 tablespoon almond oil and 10 vitamin e capsules puncture it and pour all the oil in that bowl and then add the prepare coconut oil . Strain it before adding it into that almond oil mixture. Stir all of it and store it in a bottle in dark place. Use it overnight or 3-4 hours before shower. It's a wonderful remedy to reduce hairfall. I hope u understand it now and i hope it helps❤❤❤

U can use methi which is used in cooking. Or use hibiscus 🌺 flower which is good for hair too. If u can't hibiscus as we know it's not get easily but methi u can use.. 😊
