    In the 1800s, large soup halls were common in Paris, where workers would eat affordable meals in large halls. That concept has returned to Paris at Bouillon, where traditional French dishes are served to a huge room of guests, both locals and tourists alike. At 12pm each day the doors open to 300 guests and a line remains down the block all day and through the night. Today we visit this already legendary restaurant that is shaking up the restaurant scene in Paris!
