If you're watching newer videos, it's age. He just can't sing like he used to. And that's completely normal. If you're watching older videos from big tours, singers are often not at their A-game after prolonged travelling and consequent shows.
I went to see them a few years ago and it was the last show on their tour. Not very good. But I saw them another time at an outside amphitheater and they were amazing! I thought it might have been the sound setup or maybe that they were outside.

I've been to their show like i think five times. I love the offspring since Americana. I was then like something about 14 yo. It was my basic school or whatever it calls. And than... I searched what they did before. And i found out smash. I didn't knew back then they where the offspring. Times of Napster, and stuff like that. But what i remember, that we had this school discos or whatever. Self esteem was the one. We were jumping all over the class. My college was the one who bring hifi to our party. It was like ... Man, what is this? And he said that it was chumawamba. And that's how i found chumbawamba. Such a great band eather. Now I'm 38. And i still love the offspring like back than. My fav band till i die. Sorry for my shitty English. Btw.. i am a little bit drunk :p
nope, they played a lot of songs in the studio key. Want You Bad was Played in E key in every show between December 2000 and October 2002 Original Prankster from 2000 to nowadays Hit That 2003 to Nowadays. I think there are anothers songs too, but i don't like too much the next albums so i don't know xd
