Watching the review while wearing my Grand Seiko SLGA023 “Ushio”. The Meteorite is a good looking watch. The dial + the matte finish + integrated sports makes is very sharp. One of a kind dial is very appealing from a collector’s perspective. That said, 50M of water resistance limits its utility and at $9K,…I might be more inclined to go for a Santos, Aqua Terra or Grand Seiko “Snowflake”.
@@Littletreasury I've worn a Meteorite Constellation at an Omega boutique event, and it has a comfort setting. The bracelet, once adjusted to fit (which is always important!) it's extremely comfortable.
Mate, that watch is sick as F. Meteorite dials are hot, I had a speedy pro with one ages ago. Today, I'm wearing a distant distant distant relation to this watch, my Ingenieur 357002
Is it just me, or is the star on the dial slightly rotated clockwise. The left point/cust is slightly higher in relatino to the date window? at 3:50 onwards. If not a camera distortion, I would say QC is lacking and this would drive me nuts.
It may be a little tilted, but remember when you zoom in to this degree you will see small deviations and they really won't be noticeable with your naked eye and deemed "in tolerance" by most brands.
@@Littletreasury it would be cool to have a video of this micro adjust, there is no coverage of this anywhere. Are there other new Omega butterfly clasps with micro adjust like Aquaterra? Does it snap in and out like the VC Overseas?
@@Littletreasury it has so little lume that I'd describe it as having zero lume. Which actually I like; the black PVD treated hands are beautiful and I think that's partly due to zero lume.
Oh you're dead wrong on this. The CEO himself confirmed their biggest sellers have always been the constellation line. Contrary to our perception, the seamaster and speedmasters aren't their biggest sellers 😂. You wanna know why? The double eagle "claws" on the constellations are a huge hit in china. They're seen as a "grip" on power and authority... laugh if you like😂 but it sells ! And a lot of public officials and business ppl wear them from small to big ones. Their president and wife wear the constellation both in blue dials. Check it out. Best regards
The claws are the exact reason I would never buy a Constellation. They seem tacky and ruin the flow of an otherwise beautiful watch. To each their own, I guess.

I have always loved Omega Constellation models

Definitely more of a hybrid dress watch than a true sport watch. Lets face it, the intended wearer wasn’t going to dive with it anyway
Hi, Can you confirm if the Foldover butterfly clasp has comfort setting/micro adjustment as per Omega website?
Thanks
Hi, this one does not have a micro adjustment. You are welcome to stop by our store and check it out for yourself if you'd like?

Might be a prototype? Sometimes the pre-production watches aren't quite as well finished.

It's a nice watch for $5,000 - $6,000
The bracelet is suppose to have a comfort setting, what does that mean?
It has a hidden small micro adjust which I didn't learn about until after the video.

Yeah, please make a short video to show how the Microadjustment works
The hands of Constellations look like they should have lume, but the Omega website makes no mention of it.
It actually does have lume on the hands, but it is pretty poor --- I left that part out of the video by accident actually!

Had to do something with that constellation in order to get it to sell.. 😅

@@lskit yes to each his own. For them it's the "representation".... which is more important to them.
☺️
Ummmm....I'm actually watching this completely naked, no watch.
Wish you’d just get into it instead of the 2 min blah

@@LittletreasuryYou are right, pay no attention to this comment because I too wanted to skip the intro and used the stamps
