It’s a cool seat and I’d consider one if I rode mostly solo. Since I ride mostly 2up with my wife, it’s hard to beat the Mustang seat for that. Look forward to the riding review.
That is a nice-looking seat. Had a Corbin on a gold wing have a Mustang on my Electra Glide both are excellent seats. Your bike really looks good I back the video up three times just looking at the bike I like the fairing the front fender and the lowers you've put on. Stay Strong Spring is coming.
Much appreciated. The way I’ve missed this bike has been a labor of love and I’m really liking it. The seat is not quite a Corbin or Mustang but I’ve not put miles on it yet so the jury is still out on that!
Seats are such a personal issue. I’ve found that some of the most popular seats are not very comfortable for me. That said I typically ride with a Wild Ass seat cushion also this dramatically changes my seat time ect. A seat with a stiffer seat pan would likely be more to your liking. That is one downfall of this seat for sure. I’d have liked a stiffer pan.
The seat is a little smaller than the stock seat of the same shape. That said I cant feel memory foam and the gel is in the seat pad part. The shape of the seat is almost exactly like the stock seat. If your a dude with a big ass then this seat may not be a good fit. That said I have to reserve judgment until I’ve got some miles on it.
i nhave one rode to sturgis 1000 miles there my but hurt not impressed , rode to north carlonia last summer on the stock seat and didnt have that problem

Bro, I’m trying to figure out which seat to buy. I watched the entire 8 minute and 44 second video to see you doing a lot of bla,bla,bla and then….. COUNT THEM! 20 lousy seconds of the seat mounted to the bike and not even a walk around. I’m kinda pissed I wasted 8+ minutes of my life. Sorry for the rant, this was truly meant to help you moving forward. All the best in the future.
I have two. I have the HD extended reach seat and a stock stat I’ve had recovered and built up on the pillion for 2-up. This AdvanBlack seat is a great bar hopper option and is a great looking seat. I would not recommend it for long miles or 2-up as it doesn’t provide the type of support needed for that type of riding.
