Sidharth sir, I am 32 years old I want to appear for upsc exam for which I have to make obc certificate and I have small kids due to which I am not getting sufficient time to study but I used to be very brilliant student in school, my professor used to encourage me for upsc they used to say I can crack upsc, what should I do sir plz guide

Sir I don't believe easily we can dissolve it but with a little force we can. But one thing is very sure that whichever govt is gonna do this, will not get a single seat in J&K and Hyderabad.

It was a mistake of Nehru ,may be he lacked political wisdom , don't know he was very educated but still did such a mistake for India ,
with all respects to u sir, since I have learnt from u many things, Hari singh didnt make notifications granting special rights to JK residents, to be known as state subjects later, on his own, rather a delegation from kashmiri Pandits asked him to do so, which he did.
And therefore kashmiri pandit got prize by kashmiri Muslims in 1990s

To purchase the land in kashmir, to get jobs in kashmir and so on. They are 90% rich than you they are able to buy all the kashmiri land ....
One best solution for the entire problem which India lost was the army which went for the support of hari Raj Singh should have captured a large part of Kashmir and should have settled the refugee Hindu and sikh population who came from Pakistan and arm them and change the demography

Also one shikwa and gila.why didn't u mentioned special status of others states while speaking about special status of Jammu and Kashmir, and what about negotiations done with insurgent groups about special status that they enjoy and are further negotiating with union govt,...are thse points don't violate Article 1,, waiting for your reply ,,,and yes sir I'm talking about polity and not politics,,
The logical view may be, India's spirit towards integration, as a whole, do not prevent migration. Court also upholds inter-religion/caste marriages and by this it also gives dignity to human existence, not mere perpetual protection of certain class members to weild as per convenience ..It only indicates a development that recognises a concept of nation and encourages to adopt a way of living which nips the buds of religionism, regionalism...a broad futuristic ideology, the stepping stones of which was laid a long before...
And also special provisions are not only given to JK what about ILP OF NORTHEAST SRATES ESP NAGALAND U WONT TALK ABOUT THAT BECAUSE THAT Z A HINDU MAJORITY STATE AND WHAT ABOUT GUJRAT MAHARASHTRA SKIM ASSAM ANDRA

When there is no constitutional assembly....the law should be removed and revived again in the betterment of j&k and india. Just as past president did for the equal peace, harmony and growth of the people. Sometimes something's have to go for something better....law can be change as the situation is in demand.
