Absolutely stunning!! As always I might add! Would love to see you go ful all-out-nuts with a unit of Grail Knights and paint a unique colour scheme and heraldry for every single knight!
Hate the thought of splitting up flat surfaces as my painting is not really on that level. But damn i would like some nice heraldry on my future knights 😍
Edward is my favourite Plantagenet too 😃 and you’re right the, Dan Jones book is awesome. Have you read his Powers and Thrones book? Definitely worth a read. Really like your videos man and how you bring your passion for military history on to the table top. I used the bear and ragged staff of Warwick on my empire knights. Keep them coming, friend 🤝
I'd go with whatever is simplest! Often if I've basecoated white, I'll quarter up with one colour and then use a contrast paint (like yellow) on the white parts. Ultimately there is no one right answer, it depends on what colours you're planning to use and how comfortable you are freehanding the quarters!
New puppy 🎉
Old World - let's go! 🐴
Great to see some old world stuff, looking forward to seeing more on the channel.

Awesome work! Look forward to more old world.
Looks great! I am looking forward to painting mine up and trying different styles for the heraldry.
Really useful to see your technique and the end result looks great! 👌
Another dog?! Must be a glutton for punishment! Saying that got home from King in the North and our dog’s excited face when he saw me was awesome!
Great stuff man! Love the scheme and especially the inspiration for it!
Fantastic work here, thank you for sharing these techniques!
Thank you!

great vid! also very relatable up to the point where you start casually freehanding tiny heraldry 😅
More Old World, yes, yes! And more of the puppy :D
The puppy is soooo cuuuuuute
Nice freehand! I’d watch more old world content
First time viewer, absolutely beautiful work!
Thank you! And welcome 🙏
Cool 👍🏇
Awesome video, beautiful paint job that isn't overly complex but really makes the minis POP!!!
Thanks so much!

I have, twice! Great book and such a wonderful story of our collective history in Europe! Thanks so much for your comment!
I've got them base coated in white, should I still be coloring the entire heraldry one color and then cover the other 2 quarters with the other?
