Absolutely revolting damage. Melee builds have always been my favorite. This is no exception. I will be immediately building this to meme on my friend I got into this game who has yet to play any of the dlc.
Be warned the DMG are bugged right now. If you do too many back dash attacks you can get stuck in the basic punch animations with no way to fire DMG beam again. Also will bug sometimes making the beam cancel early forcing another back dash recast. Also not good for enemies and bosses that aren't grounded. Damage is broken for sure tho.
The new double mod mutation for weapons allows atom splitter one shot builds to be powerful again which I’m excited to try out, I loved doing the the double bore and stacking crit damage and chance then just chunking or one shotting bosses before it was nerfed as it was niche but strong if you could land both bore hits on mobile bosses which was often necessary for the one shot
These things are so much fun, even off of a melee build. I hope you're messing around with the detonator damage glitch, already got a ton of meme boss kills under my belt.
I know im quite late to answer, but i just built it completely, i dont have anything on my prism at the moment wich would help me in terms of fusions and i get to 80-85k damage on the training dummies with the entire combo, but then the deathwish just kind of kills your entire healthbar if you dont pop a relic or keep doing tons of damage to livesteal, so yes, it is still powerful, but not as crazy as shown in the vid
Your builds help me get through cuz i dont have much free time but would have loved a explosive based class instead of warden being better handler also corrupted polygun
What was the last ring you mentioned on the second build? EDIT: nvm figured it out. I might replace that with bridge Warden's crest since it gives 20% melee damage on a perfect dodge 🤔 sick builds
Why not just use the invaders wormhole and backdash charge and get a 300% boost to melee dmg if the beam goes off melee dmg and not mod dmg??¿¿ and you can run around for a 7secs for the shark perk and get an extra 30% as well before u use wormhole.
Fun fact: If you get grabbed by an enemy while you are in the charge animation for DMG, it will completely break your ability to do the beam attack.....good times.
@@RuiNDieM1988 it's easier to aim on PC, for example there are builds on Warframe, which cannot be used to it's full potential because the difference between aiming with controller/mouse. But i tried this wepon in Remnant, and this build looks usable to console players too
hey chaos plz try insulator mutator gives 20pecent mag grants 6% hp as shield use royal hunting bow full amount and 1k damage even with no damage perks and use closed loop ring charged shot 5% hp as shield up to 25% its insane and stacks. use melee mutator shield strike and ring of spears mod to apply the shield strike. and use shield shot mod
How are you getting 200k? I used the same set up, same buffs etc and am also using the brutality legendary prism perk (+100% damage done) and im only just breaking 100k... Edit, I see that you have a second Bore but Idk if that would account for such a difference
@@Spike2175 unarmed damage bonusus have aleays worked with duster type melee weapons, ever since remnant 1. Tis not a bug, its was a planned implementation. The idea being that its got no range… normally. So it offsets. Its why oldschool deathwish builds where ao crazy.
I am never keeping credits for my self if i truly see the build from somewhere, sorry if this video offended you my friend but i think we really had just the same idea. Thats If you also made a 200k damage beam or a super tank with 100k beam
These builds are annoying in co-op. I bought the game to fight bosses and have fun, not have someone join and melt everything. Please leave this for solo runs

I was able to get a melee Prism going with the Double Mod Charges perk. Got up to 300k damage using Overdrive, with good crits. 225K with Steadfast.

So your melee weapon generates more mod for your two ranged weapons I imagine.

The 300% damage increase only applies for 1 hit sadly

It should function just fine. I don't see why it would function better on PC

once you memorize the rotation it will be just a walk in the park to pull off

Yes that's the difference, they stack the damage.
