Just got my box and setting it up. When I go to the App Store I don't see the green App Store Icon only displays the Play Store icon. I hit the add button but still don't see it. What must I do to add the App Store? Thanks
Hi Jason. I had to send back the VeeSee pro back because it had issues with the remote, now I’m looking at this video on this supermax. Have there been any issues with buffering
@@JasonTech thanks. Not sure why but a reboot of tv and box did it. On to the next issue. Disney+ won’t work on the box. Not sure why it’s not compatible. 🤷🏼♂️ Also some movies won’t play on PLEX app.
Just got the s5 max yesterday but having volume issues. The volume is low on it. Once we max out our tv volume we can hear it normally. Any idea on how to fix this? Support said to switch around the hdmi cord which we did and tried 2 other cords. We’ve messed with tv sound settings and settings under the superbox too but no luck 🫠

1st make sure you are connected to the internet. If you are, you have to contact superbox and give them the S/N of the box.

It's been work good for me so far. But I haven't had much issues with any of the Superboxes.

Your box is not activated. You will have to contact Superbox and give them the S/N of your box.

Do i need a smart tv to use this product? I have an older Samsung with multiple HDMI input capability. I do have a ROKU Box currently
No you don't. You just need a HDMI input on your TV and internet.
Do you need one for each TV if say you have 2 Tvs
Each TV will need one.
Can you do a comparison between the s5max, s6 elite and the s5pro
The S5 Max and S5 Pro are indentical but the Max has more internal storage (64GB vs 32GB). The S5 Elite just adds "adult" channels.

Why does my device only have Google play store and not android App Store
you need to be connected to the internet for it to appear. i had the same issue then i connected to the internet and then it showed up.
