from what i get from a lot of the people using the new 500s they say its an updated new version of the 300s so the 592 is the 395 the 585 is the 390 the 572 is the 372 and so on
Good info. I have a first gen 562 that I’ll be getting a west coast kit for but it’s helpful to know the difference in mounts. I have some of the newer auto tune saws but yes the original 372 is a work horse. The 372 and my old faithful 281xp are still my favorites. They are like us older guys, a little heavier but solid and dependable. 😊
Just like trucks. I have a 1995 Chevy 2500 4x4 pick up that I bought new. I drive it every day. My mechanic says the new trucks are not built as solid and joke with me I’ll be buried in that truck. Love your new truck tho it’s looks awesome! Mine has a cassette player……
BBR, if you’re ever going to run a 382Xtork, pipe it. I’ve done it to mine (that’s all) and mine won’t pull a 32” bar properly, but it pulls a 30” fantastic. It’s not the tuning, I promise. I run the 30” predominately. It came with a 20”. I bought it new in 2018. It’s been a dandy. I DID put a D-comp plug in it though. It’s rough sometimes, but she cuts well in my opinion. My friend that was an arborist until his hips gave out from the “straddling” that’s needed call’s it “old reliable”. It’s just an awesome feeling!
When I was in Forestry Shool, the 372XP X-Torq version just came out. The XT have a bigger carburetor - Thats important to know ;). What you should do is buy a 372XP X-Torq, put an 372XPW (needs to be the W-Version, because the W have more ccm) Cylinder on it and change the 372XP X-Torq Coil to the older 372 Series open Coil (or just buy a open china made coil, they aren't limited) and a 372XP "Jungle" muffler. Now you have a "lightly ported" 75ccm-saw right from the factory. Its the same setup the guys from Husqvarna get, when they do cutting competition. If you are interested, just leave me behind a comment and I can send you a "not public link" when logging with the described setup. Keep up the nice Videos. I enjoying it. Greetings from Germany

I was on the verge of loosing my legs with Mersa and been bed ridding for 9 months I couldn’t walk and the disease ate holes in my legs big as a grape fruit. Well, Billy, that’s great information but I won’t need it, when I found Husqvarna moved out of the US in my mind it joined the other knock offs. I called up Waker Sawshop and ordered a walker riser still, loyalty goes both way!
So on the new 562 XPG is fine? If not I am very worried as I have 3 of them on the front line of rough carving of hand crafted home before your actual preview of these awesome saws, however, something jiggles in the handle of two of the four? Is what your reporting on related?
1 1/2 off the Top and Bottom of log 4 walls. h-562 4 saws 60% of the day building walls, average log home 8500 soft, 10 to 12 ft walls. The 72 and 62 do most of the work once was done by two man pr jack and Jill

Yeah but you didn’t tell us what the actual problem with the mount is so we have no way of checking. Was a bolt to long and hitting something it shouldn’t, to long so it wouldn’t clamp the pieces together tightly? Or what? 🤷🏽♂️

Just wanted to clarify things was not saying you inspired me to change my wife’s oil on her van is making the point like you’ve made before a lot of your videos for example on TH-camr not gonna name his name but you know says to file your chain five times and then will be sharp we both know the reality of that Someone say you want all your chain to be uniform looking that it cuts best so bottom of mine like you’ve seen it many times until you try it yourself and prove it. It’s just an opinion that may not have any facts.
One thing I would lke to billy ray you always say have your Owen experience with stuff don’t just listen to what people say on TH-cam or the Internet like chains dip and types of chains square round X and whatever i’m using that as an example now I changed the oil on my wife’s fan. I never done it before I took it in, but this time I had the time saved the money myself I bought so I looked up on TH-cam. Everybody says that the oil pan bolt is 17 mm. I didn’t have a 17 mm socket went to auto parts. Got one well guess what it’s not 17 mm. It was more like a 13 mm so it goes like you say don’t listen to other people experience or what they say you have to do it yourself that is an example that I’m using. Bengals chainsaw unchains some like sthil some are husky one. It’s all brand some promo Square. His room has an opinion you don’t know until you do it yourself see what you prefer. Not used my wife’s van as example everybody says one thing, but reality is another one more thing. I do all my oil changes on all my vehicles. I just never done. The van always had somebody else to do it. He never had the time.
I dont believe ive ever seen a more honest and noble approach to anything ive heard out of this guys mouth.

What’s the difference on the mount? I have the black mount on my new 562. No new noise of any kind .

372 xtorq is a good saw. No it's not quite as good as the og but tha fact that you can still go down and buy a new 372 xtorq is a huge plus
