  • Hi guys. Today, I'm going to show you how to make Stir-fry Spicy Chicken [닭갈비 : dak-galbi]
    *Cooking tip of making this dish:
    1. marinate sauce and chicken one day before will make sauce aging thus make the chicken and dish tastier
    2. using medium fire so the food will not be burned

    Stir-fry Spicy Chicken Ingredients:
    1kg Marinated Chicken Thigh Fillet*
    Sauce*
    600g Sliced Cabbage
    160g Sliced Onion
    60g Sliced Shallot
    50g Sliced Red Chillies
    300g Sliced Sweet Potatoes
    150g Rice Cake [Tteok]
    2 Tbsp Perilla Seeds Powder
    Mozzarella Cheese
    Cooking Oil
    Fried Rice Ingredients:
    Left Over Meal
    Bowl of Rice
    1 Cup Sliced Kimchi
    3 Sheets Crushed Roasted Seaweed
    1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
    1 Tbsp Perilla Seeds Powder
    Sauce
    1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
    1 Tsp Black Sesame Seeds
    *Marinated Chicken Thigh Fillet Ingredients:
    1kg Chicken Thigh Fillet [Pieces]
    2 Tsp Salt
    2 Tsp Sugar
    2 Tbsp Wine
    Sauce*
    *Sauce Ingredients:
    150g Pineapple
    100g Pear
    80g Onion
    1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
    1 Cup Chilli Powder
    2 Tsp Salt
    1/4 Cup Red Wine
    2 Tsp Black Pepper
    2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
    1/3 Cup Sugar
    2 Tbsp Rice Syrup
    1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
    1/2 Tsp Minced Ginger
    1 Tbsp Chilli Paste [Gochujang]
    1/3 Cup Anchovy Stock*
    *Anchovy Stock Ingredients:
    400 lt Water
    2g Dried Kelp
    5g Dried Anchovy
