Spot on. I had the honor of being his server at a local brewery a few years ago. He's one of those people you never forget regardless if he's on TH-cam or not. He was so nice. He was so happy when I told him I watched his interviews and we had a few minute conversation about wrestling. I knew not to take up too much of his time because he was with his fiance at the time.

I know Shawn won't see my comment. But I lost my dad on father's day in 22 and a week later my high school friend over 20 years . My mom recently going through stage 3 breast cancer. Mom is getting her breast cancer surgery may 3rd. All I can say to you is to keep moving forward! I pushed alot of good friends away. But listening to you two makes me feel like you guys are my friends.
That quote at the end about 80% of people not caring about your problems and the other 20% happy you have problems cuts deep, I did rewind to hear it again.
I don't know Shawn that well but we did work together briefly in London, ON, shortly after he was released from WWE (around 2005?) and I can attest that he is legitimately one of the nicest people I have ever met.

Im 27 and my issue is i gotta get in shape yes but I have 2 bulging disk that are making my arms and hands go numb. As soon as I get healthy im gonna try and go there so that way I don't say "woulda coulda shoulda." I have friends on the indie scene now and I get along with them so much man these guys all give me the courage im im just putting this out there ima do it. I have it
Hey man, I wanna say I'm a 31yo guy and my life long dream is to get into a ring every day I could. Unfortunately I'm on the east coast (literally can see the Atlantic from my bedroom window), and there's zero wrestling schools here that I know of. I also have two kids so makes it even harder.. I'll most likely NEVER get to wrestle and it's very very hard to deal with. I'm in good shape, maybe a month in the gym and I'd be ready to rumble. But unfortunately it will likely never happen..😔😔 I've never even left my province more than a handful of times, but never past New Brunswick. It sucks man. If there's any way you can get to a wrestling school, especially Shawn's.... TAKE IT. Your back will be an issue just warning. But doesnt hurt to do a couple moves without taking any wild bumps. The experience would be worth it for me. Thankfully my body has held up well. I'd literally sell a kidney to go to wrestling school 😔

Yeah, he had good times, but if they would´ve kept on the rails with the story where he got very dark, he would be a Heel in the spheres of MJF. He has the Character, he has the Charisma, he has the In-Ring Performance and he has that "IT Factor"!!! Use this man serious and only good things (company and storywise) would happen!!! Spears, you are a great Pro-Wrestler!
I don’t know I’m the baby of 9 in my family and my parents sure didn’t act like this. My parents didn’t care like that. They used to tell us to go count the lines on the highway.
Him telling people that he thinks it's cute while his kid screams on a plane and he doesn't comfort him shows me that it's all about him and doesn't care about others on a plane that people paid for. These are the kind of people that I have no problem telling them to control your child and shut the kid up. It's also why I believe that kids under 2 years should not be allowed to fly unless emergency. I fly over 100 times a year and 90 percent of people try to comfort they child but this guy is on record saying screw the other passengers and I will let my brat do whatever he/ she wants
7:10 when Chris says the realness of being a dad just hit him. As the father (31) of two boys (8 & 2), while this may have hit you Chris, just wait until the big day comes! You think the realness hit you now, you just wait buddy. The very SECOND your daughter it born, and you hold her in your arms for the first time, and she settles down a bit, THAT is when it's going to hit you even harder. And by hit you harder, I'm talking rockets engines strapped to a bulldozer, and baby, they lubed up the tracks with astroglide 😂. For real though, while the realness hit you, even if you're not ready in the moment (for me, her water broke at 4:30a.m. during an ice storm and I drove her to the hospital in a '96 C2500 wide open), but the second your child is in your arms, the wild labour is complete (hell I got punched during 😂), and everything is calmed down... It's like this switch in your brain flicks and you didn't even know it existed till that very moment. You'll want to take charge an help with every little thing involving your wife and baby, you'll look at the future of your child, just everything involving being a dad and what you need to do, you'll suddenly just.....know it? Very hard to explain and sorry for the long comment. Also, right after Chris' comment after yours, and everything afterward, he put everything he was trying to explain into the best words, I couldn't even come up with that description, where he says every single thing is for them. He's soo spot on with that I can't even put it into words for you, but you'll know, you'll know when it happens. I wish you the very best Chris, and same to you Shawn. Love both you both guys ❤

As the father (31) of two boys (8 & 2), while this may have hit you Chris, just wait until the big day comes! You think the realness hit you now, you just wait buddy.
The very SECOND your daughter it born, and you hold her in your arms for the first time, and she settles down a bit, THAT is when it's going to hit you even harder. And by hit you harder, I'm talking rockets engines strapped to a bulldozer, and baby, they lubed up the tracks with astroglide 😂.
For real though, while the realness hit you, even if you're not ready in the moment (for me, her water broke at 4:30a.m. during an ice storm and I drove her to the hospital in a '96 C2500 wide open), but the second your child is in your arms, the wild labour is complete (hell I got punched during 😂), and everything is calmed down... It's like this switch in your brain flicks and you didn't even know it existed till that very moment.
You'll want to take charge an help with every little thing involving your wife and baby, you'll look at the future of your child, just everything involving being a dad and what you need to do, you'll suddenly just.....know it?
