Ingredients:
4 eggs
A pinch of salt
Sugar 105g
Beat until the mass increases in volume by 3-4 times (about 10-12 minutes)
oil 40 gr
milk 65g
Flour 105g
Cocoa powder 25g
baking powder 7 gr
Baking pan 20 cm.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 35 minutes
Let cool down.
Cut off the top layer.
Cut into 3 equal parts.
Cherries 200g (I took frozen).

Place in freezer to harden (10-15 minutes)
Use a spoon to grate the chocolate.
I left 1/5 of the cream for decoration.
Sprinkle with chocolate and add a cherry.
