      How about a real CAD Software? You can't even center geometry properly. May I suggest onshape for Android devices?

      @@Flix-f6q Well I already use shapr and formit on the ipad. I work as a concept and comic artist, so this isn't about precission modelling, which is what I use those two for if I need them. Its about being able to throw decent hard surface objects together while sculpting on the go, so I have something I can use in Zbrush or Blender later. That way I can build something more accurate if need be, but already have all my blockouts, scale and design done. :)

    I'm not an English speaker but I like your way to explain. It's "clear and dynamic". Thanks.

      Hey mate! Thanks for your kind words. I am not a native english speaker either so I am constantly worried about speaking too weird. So your comment is very reassuring. Cheers!

    Good series, Erica! I love the triplanar tool and learned some new things here. That alone could be a video series. Thanks! ✌️☕️🎩🎩🎩

      Hey thanks John! I'm curious on the use that you give to the Triplanar. I honestly don't use it very often simply because I am faster with booleans to achieve what I'd use it for.

    I don’t see three dots in the scene menu 🤔, maybe they were moved in to another place in new version of the app?

    Hi Erica, I have a question! Is there a setting I am missing as in the Scene, and plane mesh, I do not have the 3 dots to perform the action? As I follow all your beginner's tutorial few things are missing in my software. Please advise. Thank you 🙂

    I can't seem to be able to get the Project to Sphere thing to work. Any Ideas what is going wrong. Is there anyway to completely restart the app from scratch...like reset it back to brand new kinda thing, do i have to uninstall and reinstall it for that?

      @@SmallRobotStudio thank you for reaching out. Can you show how to download Alphas from drive or email then use them in Nomad ?

    • @SmallRobotStudio
      @SmallRobotStudio  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@masudsart Will do mate! Thanks for the suggestion. What I can tell you right away is that you need an image file in B&W. From Drive or email save it on your gallery or in Files and then from Nomad you can import it from either. I'll make sure to include this process in the video :)

    Great Video! Can you tell me how you put pictures in the app as a referenz like you did at 4:56? I cant find the Option

    • @SmallRobotStudio
      @SmallRobotStudio  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey, thanks for your kind words :)
      The update came with a bug that removed that option. The developer is aware and said it will be fixed soon. There is a work around if you access the Nomad Files on your device and copy the image inside the 'backgrounds' folder. After restarting Nomad it should show up inside the background menu.

    Hello Erica! I'm a new Nomad Sculpt user in Washington State, USA. I love your videos, thank you for your work!!
    Right now, my question is regarding primitives: Is it possible to save an object that I have created in the Primitives library for future use? -Or is there a library function in Nomad where one can save simple models for quick access? TIA!

    • @SmallRobotStudio
      @SmallRobotStudio  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello!! Thank you for the kind words :)
      There is not a function to save along the other primitives but you can export any geometry as a OBJ file which you can import through the project menu :)
