I love the thunder and im getting one soon, im just worried about the battery life time, i found out that the battery alone will cost around 2000$ and that must be changed every 2 years or so maybe..lithium batteries are extremely expensive..but Is the battery will always give the same performance overtime?
I had the same concern when I started scooting few years back. Through time, I found a hard evidence that there is a way to extend the battery life from 2 years to 4 years. www.ebikes.ca/product-info/cycle-satiator.html I started using this charger since day one of the Thunder^^ This channel did not just started in one day, but rather an accumulative experience.
Wth I thought I was the only 1 with dualtron in the west my gf lives in Newport I live in sunshine my sister is in Altona meadows. Tell me this how awesome does it feel when U ovretake a car that has jus overtaken you
U guys certainly not the only ones, I bought my Dualtron almost 2 years ago from extreme toys in Sydney. Been having fun with this machine ever since, took it to many road trip, park rides. Just loving it. I only go fast when not many people. Most of the time I hide its power.
@@jackyiu1934 i bet u unleash its power when when a certain type of driver overtakes u so b4 they know it youve overtaken them the look on there faces priceless
What you saw was a mod unit. I would love to own one later in the year. The only reason why Dualtron ride able to sustain on such a high speed has to do with its superior chassis design. And to answer your previous question, this is my second Dualtron. I had been riding Escooter for the past 3 years.
@@lightningthunder2065 You live in Los angeles? cause this video is from december and there is no snow, you never worry about being caught? what is a mod unit?
I live in Melbourne, Australia. I have not been caught for harming others. A mod unit means you change ALL the electrical hardware for higher performance.
Love your videos man, consider me a new sub! I'm also from Melb and ride an e-scooter. I'm thinking of upgrading to the Thunder and am super curious to know where you purchased it from and if you have any advice advice re maintenance (i.e. do you do it yourself, or take it elsewhere etc). Cheers!
Thanks mate! I got mine since last year from AliExpress, but you can get one from a retailer here now. I do my own maintenance; such as changing brake pads and tyres. It is a well built unit. I heard there’s a new model called Dualtron Storm. You can buy one from online Minimotors retailer and have it send to your door step.
