Indian Groceries shopping in Montreal, Canada - Montreal Vlogs #8

We went to the nearby grocery stores - Provigo (a Canadian, Quebec based outlet with large number of branches in Montreal) and AMR Fruiterie (Indian grocery store).
Both Provigo and AMR serves as a good outlet for our daily needs. Though Provigo is a Canadian outlet, it serves well to the Indian needs. AMR on the other hand can be considered a full fledged Indian/Asian store.

Hey can you please show me the green vegetables section properly and bit slowly, Just want to know if we get India leafy vegetables Like Palak and meethi there or not?

Yes. Methi and Palak is available there. Maybe next time we will try to be a little slower of the veggies part. But you would get Methi leaves and Palak in Indian stores like AMR, Victoria, Tharshini.
