Weekly Grocery Shopping in Canada!!! Walmart and Indian food? Increasing prices!

My first experience in Walmart.
Grocery shopping was never this easy but also so pricey.
The cost of groceries for one person every week is around 80 to 100 % depending on the person's needs.
This is a vey high cost of living for basic foods.
