    Koreans and Japanese make this soooo well!!! If u go to either country, make sure you taste it. It can be made with chicken, beef or pork.

      @@DireDandelion could I use it to fry other things at the same time that cost less, like veggies? Or is that too "cross-contamination-ish" even for self cooking? Bc ideally you'd do the veg first. Idk, it stood out to me during the video that he said, "yes, you'll have leftover batter, but..." and I'm like, "this is Struggle Meals I'm not here to waste stuff lol."

      ​@@ellia.vagabond yea basically u can. Cross contamination is just bad over time. As far as i know, jap chefs use the same tempura batter for meats(seafood in this case) and vegs in a service.

      If you’re not scaling up I would suggest using one egg, dust your cutlets with flour just like on a plate with clean hands (the goal is to “dry” the wet cutlet so the wet egg will stick to it, you don’t need a lot). No way around the amount of bread crumbs. You need to be able to smush them into the pork.
