Hi Prof. Liu, thank you so much for sharing this amazing course! I graduated with a data science degree and got my first job as a bioinformatics scientist, but the lack of biological knowledge is a huge obstacle in my career. I tried to google these information one by one and it's really hard to form a systematic framework. So, thanks again for sharing this course! It saves my life!!! :)
I think there is an error in the presentation. The Smith-Waterman algorithm seems to have been published in 1981, not 1970. Otherwise great video and thank you for publishing.
random comment. your name means small but the the "le" im confused about? is adding that at the end soften things for mandarin speakers? would da4le but a warmer way to speak to a chinese elder? dont really expect a reply on this but better to ask a serious question than give a lazy thanks. 谢谢您老师
I wish the acetic will get better, browner, diverse, and objective at judging the racist stumble tight non-noble 'prizes' in silence are. Watson and Crick should be written off history and science books., Enough with this creepy attitude.

Grazie , la bioinformatica è essenziale e interessante , cosi come la biologia computazionale e genomica .
The third chapter in this video is called "CASB Competition" but it should be "CASP Competition", no?
Fantastic, thanks for sharing this wonderful course online :)
Is there any way i can get a certificate in this course?

well," le" means happy.actually"xiao" is a auxiliary word. in most cases the" xiao" in ones name doesn't mean something.
Le here is most likely 乐 in Chinese, not 了 you were referring to.
