This is so, so cool! I constantly try to replicate the traditional style in my digital art (can do traditional painting only very very rarely for many reasons) so I'm on constant lookout for new programs, brushes, etc. So Artrage caught my attention after you mentioned it! Love the tutorial! Definitely gonna try it and see how it works for me. :) Thank you for the video!
Thank you for commenting! I'm really glad that helped! And yeah there are more, but that's the one I like for the traditional style painting. I hope it works for you too💪
look at those brushstrokes!! 😍thank you so much for this amazing tutorial, Alai! Very helpful! I always learn something new everytime you post a video. ❤️
Hi! Finally someone who is using this app! Pls, can you tell me if there is a shortcut or an easy way of making a brush bigger than 100%? I find hard working with so small brushes when using a big canvas size (A3 or even A4) Thank you! I'm in love with your art videos 🙂
Muchas gracias por este tutorial Alai! 🫶🏼♥️ I’ve been painting with watercolors all my life and love the texture of oils, but hate the mess/cleanup and smells, plus the materials are costly. This allows me to do it digitally until I can get into it later on. Can you please make a video of how you make your digital paintings into prints? Muy apreciado 🙏🏼
Muchas gracias!!! I'm so glad it's useful and yes, then you can move to traditional what you learn on digital!! And sure hun! Thanks for the suggestion. For now, I have the footage recorded but I haven't finished the video about how I make prints hehe. I hope I can finish it soon!
Glad it helps!! I did that when I didn’t have my oils at home and now I switched back to traditional 💪 the nice things is to be able to switch as needed! Good luck!
I’m curious of how much space (like GB) do your files from art rage take up on your iPad? I’m currently using artset 4 and procreate on mine. I have the smallest GB and artset takes up huge space, currently 14.1 GB with three paintings. I might switch to art rage if it’s smaller. Thanks so much!
You are totally right! I have the smallest one too and with procreate and artrage this is messy. I have to delete old files frecuently and move artrage files to the computer when they are old. I have like 4 apps more on the ipad. Nothing more haha. Artrage takes about 3gb and procreate 6 (banenrs, animations, other no paintng stuff). I always recommend to have an ipad, a classic one will do, but with big storage for this reason :(
What I do is paint small on artrage (2000-3000) and then enlarge the painting on procreate or photoshop. They interpret the painting super well and I have never lost ant quality doing this :)
@@AlaiGanuza Thank you for answering, I bought your courses for my mother in doméstika on traditional painting techniques but I want to learn digital, so I'll buy the new version. thank you :)
Choose the box icon with pin (right side) to the layers . In that choose to add a reference image. Image you select will appear alongside your canvas. Hope this helps! Ps you can use colour pick tool on the reference image too!
✨Oooo!! Beautiful art. Btw, no talk me, I angy.✨

You are so welcome! Thank you for appreciating it! ♥️
I didn't know of this program, good to know! Also I love your art!
Thank you!! It's a small app very unknown, but so worth it!
Thank you for this tutorial!! I love the way you choose the colors, do you have any tutorials or suggestions on improving brush work?

This is amazing! Thank you. Currently switching from traditional to digital and this is much needed.

He podido poner los subtítulos en español así que lo he entendido 😅 aunque ya sabes que yo soy tradicional me encanta todo lo que pintas 😍😍

What settings do you use with the palette knife? I dont know what mode to use it in. 😔

I wonder if this can be done with Procreate....?
Hey Alan, how can I make a cava size 7200x10800 pixels 300DPi , in order to have a wide range of prints ?

@@AlaiGanuza ok, could I do the same if I paint it 4000x4000?
And how do I enlarge it in procreate ?
Do you have any tutorials about it ?
Wich is the difference between artrage and artrage vitae??? :( I want to buy
Vitae is the new version. Has some tweaks and performs better :)

How do you get to have the original picture you want to paint on the same screen you are painting? I wish you would have shown that 😢

I show it on min 0:27 :) just that simple as pressing + on the references
Thanks hun!
