1. Why. Equalization is required for lead acid battery
2. How a battery cell are being over charged and under charged when 6 cells of battery are used the same current and voltage from inverter ....
3. How can we equalize the battery in series like 2 battery inverter of 24 volts as 1500 va ....
4. What should the current and voltage and charging time and ideal process to equalize the lead acid battery

Sir as you said during discharge of battery the acid goes to lead and form PbSO4 then Sir during checking of specific gravity before starting the engine it will come equal to water i.e 1000 but in reality SG shoulb be between 1200 to 1250. Please explain

both if U dont have enough voltage current will not flow for example if you touch both terminals of a car battery which can dump 400 amp U won't even feel it as the voltage is too low other end U can also try for example Mosquito zapper will have high voltage and current will go through but It will not harm U too much
