Chapter 1 is aimed at the music industry Chapter 2 is aimed at the "artists" who are created by the music industry and who have no talent. Chapter 3 is dedicated to J-Balvin, a singer with whom Residente has had several differences.
He was talking about J Balvin a famous “artist” that doesn’t write his own songs, than did a videoclip showing black women on chains like dogs, the pressure was that high that he had to delete the video. He believes he’s Mozart or something in the same level but the reality is that he is just famous because he is the reflection of the stupidity of societies we are live in. He is the artist with more Grammys in history he owns 31 He is the best being honest and yeah he did it just for fun cause he has no need to achieve anything, nor fame or money or views
I'm from Mexico and I know really well this huge artist, I totally reomend you reacting to "adentro" of calle 13, its the same guy "residente" just with a different name, he is known by saying what other spanish rapers cants because of our situation, a lot of politic and economic problems going on on the south and this guy used to express himself about those problems and criticize a lot of bad presidents and politic figures.
he is talking about J. Balvin, they are both HUGE artists on hispanic music. But is very unlikely that Balvin would reply. Residente is a beast in Disstracks and pretty much everyone knows that, is the hispanic equivalent of trying to come back from an eminem diss, and balvin is more like a "singer" than a lyricist. But it was interesting nonetheless. You should react to more of residente, he has some awesome lyirics.
If you want to check out more Residente I'd recommend the song Rene by him or Latino America by Calle 13 the group Residente was apart of. This song was a diss for j balvin and other latin american artists.
The man, J Balvin. Couse he said this year to cancel the Latin grammy or something like that. Last year J B have 13 nominatoins, dont know this year. But, the Latin grammy are in memorian to Ruben Blades, One of the gratest. And Residente feels true love 4 him and his discography. Residente is known from Calle 13, And he is a real writter and one of those that care about social problems.
Welcome to the most under rated artist coming from 🇵🇷 💪🏾. *Random fact* he was in the Hamilton Mixtape album on a song called Immigrants (We get the job done). Pretty strong song👍🏾
Residente (resident), actual name is Rene Pérez, is one of the most talented rappers in Latinoamérica. At the beginning of his career he started a band called Calle 13 (Street 13) with his stepbrother, visitante (visitor) which was known for its eclectic style. After several years of success he went solo. This session is about J Balvin with whom he’s had some issues with. Residente is a great rapper and writer. I recommend watching the video “Rene” which is a very personal song that talks about his depression and his struggles.
You have a lot of beef to find from him to other rappers. Like TEMPO, 2 beef... totally dope ... this guy Residente brakes the eminem record of words in a minute in SPANISH. in a song named PECADOR ( sinner) you will be crazy about that song. That song is a beef to all the mumble reggaeton rappers.
Sooo the person he's dissing is J.Balvin and he's not even wrothy of responding. Residente is one of Puerto Rico's most dangerous rapper's when it comes to diss tracks
All the hotdog thing is from a video that he made last week calling out JBalvin on his hypocresy trying to sabotage the latin grammys because he wasnt nominated diguised as "reggaeton needs more representation", and Residente called him a hotdog because "a lot of people like it, but when you want something good you go to a restaurant".
The guy he is dissin called the YT channel to ask them to not release the video, he called Residente, Sony Music, and also threaten to sue him. So don't expect a response, If you do, wait for his ghostwriters to think a clever comeback lmao
I'll try to go in order of him as an artist for recommendations including popular and what I liked or believed to be his better songs. Residente kept his lyricism but started to evolve as an artist and began rapping about real issues. The following albums are when he was a group with his brother visitante and sometimes their sister pg-13. Calle 13 (album) - Atrevete-te-te (One of if not biggest song), electrico, la jirafa Residente o Visitante - Pa'l Norte (Big song from this album), sin exagerar, la fokin moda Los De Atras Vienen Conmigo - Que Lloren (Disses other artists), La Perla Entren Los Que Quieran- Latinoamerica (Huge song talking about latinamerica, Calma Pueblo, La vuelta al mundo, Muerte en Hawaii MultiViral - La Vida (respira el momento), el aguante, ojos color sol, Adentro, Me Vieron Cruzar Songs from him as a solo artist Bellacoso (has bad bunny) Rene La Catedra Rap Bruto
Residente from Calle 13. Is a legend in the Latin American music. He identifies himself as a rapper. He raps about what's right and fair. To dissect this song and lyrics will take a while. Every verse every bar has a meaning and truth. He exposed the talented vs the famous. Famous are fake in the music industry. He tore up J Balvin for fake and the industry. He is a legend he is a lyricist
I thought habias reaccionado a Calle 13, René-Residente he's one the best lyrisist-rapers on the scene in Latam/Puerto Rico sería buenísimo q veas más de sus temasby el contexto detras de este beef-Tiradera, tú q sabes de Español!! Saludos desde México👍
the first two chapters are made for all those who do not sing, that the lyrics are written by others and they take it for free and the third and last chapter goes directly to the representative of all of those who speak in the first and second chapter J. Balvin
He has beef with J Balvin and knowing how J Balvin acts hes only gonna tweet something and not respond to this, Residente absolutely ended him bro Ok i HAVE to edit this in, the beef started when J Balvin wanted everyone to not go to the grammys, then Residente responded with a video of putting as an example a hot dogs seller and a restaurant the hot dog seller being J Balvin and the restaurant being other artists that actually put effort and make good music. When he says that he made two black women put dog collars on hes talking about a music video wich had that scene (pretty racist ngl) and this isnt the worst thing that he has done. J Balvin has an album about colors and almost every color has a song, one color that does not have a music video is brown thats something that Residente said in the music video. The reason that Residente talks about hot dogs so much is because J Balvin used the beef for hot dog merch and advertisement. THIS is the worst thing J Balvin has done: J Balvin is from Colombia, and there was several protests in Colombia in 2021 and a lot of artists and famous people started making support messages and making people aware of what was happening (Including Residente) however J Balvin DIDNT say a SINGLE THING to support his home country.
If you want the whole context you really should research about this, im explaining everything i know in the shortest way possible and the best i can. I dont know if im missing some information or what, if you can correct me or point out something i said wrong please do it.
This is beef with an "artist" named J.Balvin. He gives the image of been urban but his not. He actually tried to scared the producers his label and Residente with legal action to prevent the release of this song. J Balvin use social media to appeal as a nice guy but he seems to be just a master manipulator to get his way.
His most famous disses are "Adentro" "Mis Disculpas" and "La Catedra", you need to react to them you're gonna lose your mind they're much better than this one
Listen he comes from a legendary lineup of lyricists that can battle rap anyone. Him, Voltio, and Tego Calderon were burying OG rappers back in the day. Whenever he mentions White Lion that's what he is talking about. Legendary record label that had Tego, Voltio, and Residente at one point. Can't get more fire than that. Period.
Chapter one Music Chapter two Fame Chapter three J-Balvin Residente is a pioneer in Spanish Rap and Regaeton, he is in the top three. He has been around for a long time. René Pérez Joglar, known professionally as Residente, is a Puerto Rican rapper, singer, songwriter and philanthropist. He is best known as one of the founders of the alternative rap band Calle 13. Residente released five albums with Calle 13 before announcing his solo career in 2015.

RESIDENTE es el papá del rap latino 🙌🏼
El papa es samurai y le mataron 🤷🏽♂️
Que viva el rap colombiano el mejor de latam duelale a quien le duela!

Reaction at 13:12, Rene speaks truth about everything this dude did, J Balvin. This guy "Rene" / "Residente" is our Latin Eminem.
This is the reaction I didn't know I needed. 🤣 Loved it!
he is talking about J.
He has won four Grammy Awards and 27 Latin Grammy Awards-more than any other Latin artist.
Excellent reaction, your silences and faces , says more than your words, exvellent as usual mrloyd
I JUST LOVED IT
- "yo no soy el mas famoso de todo el circuito, pero paryo en veinte a tu rapero favorito "
-"oh, i dont doub that"
I loved your reaction!!! Residente is amazing.
“La catedra” is also a diss track by him and it’s an absolute banger 🔥🔥🔥
BRO! I loved your reaction... your faces bro , omg . love how real you are.
Welcome to the most under rated artist coming from 🇵🇷 💪🏾. *Random fact* he was in the Hamilton Mixtape album on a song called Immigrants (We get the job done). Pretty strong song👍🏾
Great Reaction !!!! You did awesome with no context and no background. You actually a true legend to understand everything from those lyrics.
Side note: Residente third cousin is Lin-Manuel Miranda.
Great reaction.
Inconmensurable e infinitos los versos de RESIDENTE , como la verdad más produnda
it is written the 8 minutes. It is specifically dedicated to jbalvin... I hope you can understand the lyrics there are too many in his writings
Really enjoyed this reaction! Blessings!🙏🏼
Sooo the person he's dissing is J.Balvin and he's not even wrothy of responding. Residente is one of Puerto Rico's most dangerous rapper's when it comes to diss tracks
Residente is one of the most dangerous rapper's when it comes to diss tracks in general
Actual freestyle. A mastermind.
Gracias por la reacción a Residente, el es el mejor Rapero Latinoamericano.
Saludos y bendiciones 🙏
Love your reaction, it is genuine.
Residente is a legend.
The guy he is dissin called the YT channel to ask them to not release the video, he called Residente, Sony Music, and also threaten to sue him. So don't expect a response, If you do, wait for his ghostwriters to think a clever comeback lmao
The way the hype escalated in: he has to keep up to saying he’s the best in rap to I love him 😂💘
I'll try to go in order of him as an artist for recommendations including popular and what I liked or believed to be his better songs. Residente kept his lyricism but started to evolve as an artist and began rapping about real issues. The following albums are when he was a group with his brother visitante and sometimes their sister pg-13.
Calle 13 (album) - Atrevete-te-te (One of if not biggest song), electrico, la jirafa
Residente o Visitante - Pa'l Norte (Big song from this album), sin exagerar, la fokin moda
Los De Atras Vienen Conmigo - Que Lloren (Disses other artists), La Perla
Entren Los Que Quieran- Latinoamerica (Huge song talking about latinamerica, Calma Pueblo, La vuelta al mundo, Muerte en Hawaii
MultiViral - La Vida (respira el momento), el aguante, ojos color sol, Adentro, Me Vieron Cruzar
Songs from him as a solo artist
Bellacoso (has bad bunny)
Rene
La Catedra
Rap Bruto
Balvin
So much respect for Residente. Please do VICO C I mean its very similar but I think his music is like more story telling like Slick Rick or DMX.
Also RAP BRUTO Residente and NACH. Crazyyy rap ...full dope
Sir one of my most favorite reaction from your channel !
More of this please
React to Jacob Collier Moon River and Rene Residente
Residente 💪🏻 representante de Latinoamérica.
You should check “Latinoamerica”. Is basically the unofficial anthem of Latin America and is beautiful.
yesss so glad you reacted to this
He's definitely the king of rap in spanish, he's had eminem-like impact except he stopped before becoming cringe af
Am Puertorican in the 🏠 we love Residente Calle 13 his the most of famous people in 🌍👑🇨🇺👑🌍
If you are a latin rapper and this guy Residente beef you ... you are done... same as eminem in US.
Yesss bro he’s straight 🔥🔥🔥 its lit asf that we get to watch this fire reaction 💯💯
He used to be known as Calle 13. Straight legend. I doubt that this was an off the top freestyle.
The music video he's talking about Black girls in chains and walking like dogs is "J. Balvin - Perra"
React to Latino America by him, react to Guerra by him meaning WAR and react to Rene by him!
latinoamerica from his band calle 13 is an AMAZING song!!
He has beef with J Balvin and knowing how J Balvin acts hes only gonna tweet something and not respond to this, Residente absolutely ended him bro
Ok i HAVE to edit this in, the beef started when J Balvin wanted everyone to not go to the grammys, then Residente responded with a video of putting as an example a hot dogs seller and a restaurant the hot dog seller being J Balvin and the restaurant being other artists that actually put effort and make good music.
He has won 31 grammy and he is also well educated with a Masters's Degree and old school. Puertorican patriotic.
This is beef with an "artist" named J.Balvin. He gives the image of been urban but his not. He actually tried to scared the producers his label and Residente with legal action to prevent the release of this song. J Balvin use social media to appeal as a nice guy but he seems to be just a master manipulator to get his way.
He’s for the people by the people.Down to earth and very humble.
Bro if u understand spanish lyrics, thats enough
Google J Balvin vs Residente, thats the main issue
He is the the king of rap 👑 I never have heard anyone have better rimes and even better have huge meaning behind them.
His most famous disses are "Adentro" "Mis Disculpas" and "La Catedra", you need to react to them you're gonna lose your mind they're much better than this one
💯💯💯
Letting you all know Balvin is headliner on a Festival I'm attending this weekend. I can't wait for the drama. I'll keep you updated.
It was literal shit lol
Yo my bro when have 32 latin Grammy that why he's the best the GOAT
And that's what he's saying, it's coming out of his mind right there at that moment...
Very good reaction, I loved it, I'm learning English and I like your accent, it's very understandable and I can understand a lot of what you say.
" THIS MAN MUST BE STOPPED!"- MrLBoyd. Best comment.
Residente. Latinoamérica.
Period.
Chapter one

Chapter two

J-Balvin
Residente is a pioneer in Spanish Rap and Regaeton, he is in the top three.
Oh Loco, You god the best reaction honestly! 🤙🏾
Yooo, I didn't expect you to react to this! Hell ye!
Lboyd, i think Bzrp don't get down the videos for copyright
Residente is the spanish speaking person with more latin grammys.
Stubbled on your account by accident and wow. Your reaction on this is the best one I have seen for this music sesión. Even if you didn’t know the beef between Balbina and residente. Residente is a god and should not be messed with.
man, that man can definitely put on the crown of Latin rap, he's great, the rapper with the best lyrics around here, that man is a poet, I love his social criticism
Que escrive meno' que un poligrafo sin tinta 🤯🤯🤯🤯 love that line!
He was part of Calle 13 he is Residente check out Latino America
Residente in the first two acts was talking about everyone that fits in the description in the Industry, and the third act his talking about J Balvin
The Resident calls it as he sees it, social fighter thru music, i hope he doesn’t retire. We need artists that can help change the world
