If you do, just do what they do, if not, read below. - The holidays are here and it’s time for the average person to gain 10-15lbs this season. Do you want to join them? No? Then don’t eat like them and don’t train like them. That last one should be easy since they’re probably not training any ways. - While they’re sitting on their asses, you could be on a 10min walk. When they skip the gym to go shopping for more desserts, you are getting in just a little more cardio, an extra set, just a little more work to make room for any extra calories you might have. When they are writing down their “menu”, you are writing down your plan to stay on track which consists of times you are gong to train, walk, fast, and eat. When they’re getting all giddy about the feast, you are excited you won’t end up like everyone else. - We want you to enjoy time with your family, we want you to enjoy some of the best things Thanksgiving has to offer, but we promise you, you’ll feel so much better knowing you are getting ahead as opposed to falling behind. Again. You can have you pumpkin pie and eat it too, you just have to plan for it. We teach you many ways to do all of this in episode 449 which was just released today. Make sure you check that out if you don’t wanna be like everyone else. @User No, don't. Or do to debunk it. It's a mental illness. It's like a spell that makes you think you're onto something, but all you're really doing is deluding yourself to fit the flat earth story and you start calling people stupid and feeling smart about it although you've amputated a part of your own critical thinking skills. Not good.
If TH-cam actually starts putting ads on non-monetized videos by creators who never asked for them, that just goes to show how greedy this corporation can be. This thought is disgusting. TH-cam is essentially making free money off small channels and not paying them a single penny. Yes, these are small channels, but since there's so many of them, TH-cam will still make a huge profit off of this new policy. I don't care if TH-cam hates us now, it must be said by someone. Plus when you're a bit more outdoorsy and in touch with and connected to nature ... nature can be very humbling as it can lead to constant close calls ... if not just kill you a thousand different ways.
I think it has more to do with the small town thing, because inner city kids fight all the time and Kendrick Lamar still has to yell at them to be humble.

I was excited for this one cuz I expected a rural fella like Theo telling stories. In the first few minutes he started off with short answers but man he turned it up with the drill story and the rear naked choke on a deer story lol. Great podcast. I hope he got to train with Eddie bravo

Fuck I don't know but I'm sure you can help. Can't wait to here back from you. BYE..

Common sense tells me he’d destroy Floyd in an MMA match, but Floyd would wreck him boxing....but I can’t hate on Bryce for having confidence. He’s proven himself to be a true fighter.
Be good to yourself, you deserve it.

@@bobbybush1750 Is that acorns and potatoes?
Bryce seems like such a switched on, down to Earth, honest guy. I'm only 15 minutes into this Podcast and I already like this dude. I wish you well in your MMA career, Bryce!
Humble and smart, don’t let the accent fool you, to get to this level you have to be a crafty guy. Great podcast.👊🏻
"we used to go peeping Tom, yeah I used to love it" ...... awkward silence lmao
This kid cool af and I don’t be given cool points out like that
Nobody gives a fuck about ur cool points
R K man.. you right.

Nick G hater
Nick G I see 81 people that disagree with you. What you so mad for? Who hurt you
I was excited for this one cuz I expected a rural fella like Theo telling stories. In the first few minutes he started off with short answers but man he turned it up with the drill story and the rear naked choke on a deer story lol. Great podcast. I hope he got to train with Eddie bravo
"Throw a bullet really hard at somebody" lololoo love you Theo!
Gang gang!
Shit had me dead !😂
DEAD!
You know you mean business when you rollerblade to your fight
😂 😂😂😂
Yooooo Arkansas local man I live out in Bryant and it's so good to see someone doing Arkansas justice like you man! Love to meet ya sometime!
From Searcy, been to the same gym as this guy quite a bit
This country bumpkin make Theo look like he's born in LA 🤣
Most true thing I've ever heard 😂
That's what happens when you live in the city for a while. You go from farrell to domesticated even loose your accent a lil.
@TayDeezy408WestSide YEET Just think... Had I not made those spelling /grammatical errors, you wouldn't have had anything to poke fun at and have a laugh. Glad I could bring even that smallest bit of joy to your life.
P. S
Feel free to follow me around TH-cam as I'm sure I've made worse post than that... Wait is it worse or worst... Fuck I don't know but I'm sure you can help. Can't wait to here back from you.
BYE..
@TayDeezy408WestSide YEET yeah just bored. Came off kinda but hurt didn't I 😂.
@@deez26788 Don't worry about it! But reading does help, so try with some easy reads and work your way up. Cheers
That fear of getting good at something you love is real and terrifying. Something you wanted for so long just arises out of nowhere. When your skills come to meet you eye to eye it can be blinding.
When he was talking about Floyd in prison that shit had me dying
Same
This is my favorite Theo Von episode
I want to live in the timeline were Bryce beats Floyd.
Promethazine all Floyd has to do is accept, and your wish will come to pass! I’ve known Bryce since he walked in our gym when he was 16 and he’s the real deal!!
In mma floyd has no chance
Common sense tells me he’d destroy Floyd in an MMA match, but Floyd would wreck him boxing....but I can’t hate on Bryce for having confidence. He’s proven himself to be a true fighter.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
This guy wouldn’t be able to beat Floyd in a fight , only way he would win is if he tried to wrestle him
