Guys! Do you know about the existence of 2zz gte? My friend has this. He Toyota Celica zzt231 and he put it on the 2zz turbo and all wheel drive! It is the only Toyota Celica 2zz GTE-wheel drive in the 221 body!
@@NapoleonDynamite69 Ive also learned that if you replace the 2zz oil pan with the 1zz oil pan it fixes the issue because the 1zz has baffles to prevent oil from sloshing around.
2zzge is relibale engine. Oil pump is ok and break only if pass 9.000 rpm (misshift) can die from oil starvation when pass 1.1 g lateral pressure on track. This cars don't made for track days but if put only oil pan can go on track days reliable and with longlife if maintenance is good!
I get it, accidental over revving. But why would that happen in the first place? The engines themselves are not bad at all. Not sure why I was so salty lol
what year is this matrix??? i am dying for one and i noticed your lift kicks in at 6000 rpm which is lower then the 6200 or 6400 ive seen elsewhere or did u modify it to kick lift lower?
I own a 05 corolla xrs and smoke a mustang Cobra when hitting lift.. he wasn't happy at all when he looks Inside the engine everything just stock.. he said going to get one lol..
+2zzLift Lies! I have a 03 Matrix XRS and yes they are fast, but NOT Cobra fast. My friend has a '01 Cobra (NA motor) with like 300+whp and that thing will do 100mph in like 4 seconds from 40mph in 3rd gear.. Stupidly fast/raw vehicles. A V6 Mustang, yeah we will rape those tho!
@@tf7274 Like I literally just said, there's no way in hell he beat a Cobra with his Matrix. As far as V6 Mustangs go, he could probably beat an older model, but any newer 3.7 Mustang is going to raaaaaaaape him.

It kicks in right when it hits 6200, I think it’s just the angle he’s recording

You will have more trouble with certain Ford Rangers...and smoke V6 Mustangs from the same era.
You most certainly f*cking didn't smoke any Mustang Cobra lol
@@Holmesson no XRS is going to beat a cobra unless they badged their v6...but a v6 Mustang with heavy rims and tires can loose to a XRS.
