one reason cguro is to know the different modes of extinguishment of obligations. Although walang nakukulong NG dahil LNG SA UTANG. As long as it is incurred in good faith. Pero it doesn't mean na walang ibang way to comply on it. So dine makikita UNG significance ng diff. ways of extinguishment. Na may ibangw ay para makacomply SA obligation mo

Tanong ko lng po sa application of payment Kasi diba po di pede tumaggap ng partial payment si creditor and hindi din pede magbayad ng partial payment si debtor, pede pa din po ba hatiin ni debtor ung available na perang pambayad niya and mag partial payment sa Application of Payment po?
