i just found out about vat. its so crazy that you can export almost any deformation created in houdy to unity. i even could replace my skinned-meshes using this technique. since when is this vat thing even existing?

I hope you guys make tutorials as easy and detailed as Maxon's training team. I would like to move to Houdini but it's so hard and needs years of learning.
I made this one for advanced users, I have more beginner tutorials on my channel. Check out the 7 hour one. I ramp up very slowly and I mention other recourses that helped me learn Houdini.
You need to utilize the interpolation between 2 frames of VAT texture. So you can get a smooth movement, not so discrete as here. It will be very noticable even on big distance...

I have done vat animation on single mesh it works perfectly but when apply on foliage it meses up, can anybody help me, please

He states in the video it was an artistic choice , showing the interpolation enabled and disabled.
