CAPIZTAHAN Festival 2023: Saot Capiz and Indak, Galaw, Sayaw

CAPIZTAHAN is a festival in celebration of the founding anniversary of the province of Capiz. It is being held during April to also commemorate the death anniversary of President Manuel A. Roxas, a native of the province. This video features two of the highlights of the festival: Saot Capiz - Capisnon Folk Dance Competition, and NCCA's Indak, Galaw, Sayaw.
