Today's quick devotional is from Joyce Meyers Book, "The Power of Being Thankful."
Today's verse of the day: "Rather, let our lives lovingly express truth, Enfolded in love, let us grow up in every way and in all things into Him Who is the Head, Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One) - Ephesians 4:15
God knows we're not perfect. But He encourages us today in the word to become better. The verse of the day is quite humbling. But also a beautiful reminder, that seems simple as we grow in maturity to be more like Christ be become more truthful and more loving. It really is that simple but it's not always that easy.
It can be very very hard to love those who are unloving. To love those who hurt your feelings are you going to love those around you when you're busy in your life.
But Jesus comes inside us with a beautiful word of God turn mind us of who he is with us in our busyness that he always loves us.
That he wants to spend some time with us to help us to grow into something beautiful. To remind us that His Grace IS Sufficient in our weakness and that He has a beautiful transformation story in your life infolding.
