The thing thats crazy about Boldin for this list, and the 2010's list eventually, is that even if he was never really that fast he was so physical early in his career. But when you get to the later stages of his career, thats when people started really appreciating his ability to be a 50/50 jumpball guy, to make the tough catches when he couldn't separate, tip toe sideline moves. And he had to do it very often. Boldin, no matter what point of his career, he always found ways to get open and always found a way to have a profound effect on his football teams.
It could also be because he started in 2004. I know boldin started in 2003 but maybe that one year made a difference in the selection? If the subject was top ten receivers from 2005-2015 Andre Johnson is def on that list
George Ratcliffe, he ain't finish with them bum lions, he just beginning what the BILLS bout to do and put that work in for the HOMETOWN TEAM, 716 STAND-UP! #SQUAD #BUFFALOBILLS #PLAYOFFS
My high school's football coach was previously a coach at gulliver prep high in miami and coached sean taylor. I asked him once who the best high school player he had ever seen was and he said anquan Bolden who was a qb in high school. I always took notice of him since then
Kurt warner threw a terrible pick six on the goal line just before halftime when they could've scored and given them a 4 pt lead, instead the INT is returned for a TD and they fall behind by 10. That was the game. Larry fitzgerald carried that team in the playoffs. Boldin had a great run in the 2012 playoffs with Baltimore. That puts him in the HOF along with his regular season numbers.
My Fav player of all time! He's definitely higher than this ranking. Just check the stats. Super Bowl Champion & was the fastest to 600 catches (at the time). Funny how life comes full circle--I'm from AZ grew up idolizing him, then moved to Detroit for a short stint & had the opportunity to meet him years back when he played for the Lions
His numbers are insane even after that vicious hit. The broken tackles that year in 05 he single handily won us 2 games with those plays. Some of the most insane plays you will see.
To think that Anquan Boldin is #9 on this list shows you how amazing the receivers in the 2000's were. Heck all 10 guys could be in Canton, Boldin is probably the most underrated WR in NFL history, his physicality at his position was his calling card and he could do it all, and half of his career he was playing next to Fitz, so he was never really the guy aside from his rookie season (217 yards in his first career game btw). Best QB was Kurt Warner (which isn't bad, but just not the top tier QB we think of nowadays), played next to one of the all time greats, and still had over 13,000 yards and 80+ touchdowns. The man was a beast and deserves a green jacket in Canton
#10 Steve Smith #9 Hines Ward #8 Tory Holt #7 Anquan Boldin #6 Reggie Wayne #5 Marvin Harrison #4 Chad Johnson #3 Terrell Owens #2 Larry Fitzgerald #1 Randy Moss
People are over here saying it's mind boggling that Boldin and Fitzgerald were on the same team. But Reggie Wayne was told he shouldn't be on the list and Marvin Harrison was told he shouldn't be considered for the number 1 spot.
Bro I got love for anquan but he was never recognized as the best receiver in the league at any point of his career yet he’s higher than then Reggie Wayne who’s a goat smh this list already started out rough
@@rudycorona4221 Calvin Johnson better WR then Anquan Boldin And having a superbowl doesnt make you a better WR since Doug Baldwin 1 ring and Randy Moss 0 rings
Dude was like a RB when he got in the open field

100%
no andre johnson in the top ten?!?!
zachary taylor yesss thank you
honestly i'd take all these guys over andre

@@Ski180 Fitz was also 2004
Andre Johnson was the best WR in football for 3 or 4 yrs.. so underrated Dre> Boldin easy..
If by "mid-round" he means rounds 2 through 6, then yeah Boldin was a mid-round pick. He was drafted in the 2nd round. Thats hardly "mid-round"
J Gunzler yeah that’s what I thought. I consider early rounds 1-2, rounds 3-5, and late rounds 6-7.
Ya, mid-round to me is in the 3-5 range.
Starts his career playing against the lions, finishes playing for the lions

He went to the bills then you were so bad he decided to retire.
Not a Single Ravens highlight? the dude did win a Superbowl with them....
Brandon diesel 2000s highlights
That was after 2010
Should've been top 5. Easily. Anquan always slept on.
My high school's football coach was previously a coach at gulliver prep high in miami and coached sean taylor. I asked him once who the best high school player he had ever seen was and he said anquan Bolden who was a qb in high school. I always took notice of him since then
Boldin ismthe reason for the ravens 2012 superbowl and playoff run. He made it happen
And then they f'n let him walk right afterwards!! 😡😢😭
Can someone explain how the cardinals had boldin and Fitzgerald but never won a Super Bowl
Ethan Musoke the only good qb they had was Kurt
danny fonseca plus it was at the end of his career.
This man as a rookie WR caught 100 balls something no one came close to before him.
Ben Roethlisberger, Santonio Holmes, and the greatest INT in Super Bowl history.

If you're a Raiders fan, Bryan Edwards could be the next Anquan Boldin. I'm excited
Biggest tragedy. Name another qb before Kurt warner that threw him the ball. Defeats everyone's argument.
matthews stafford
RG3 #SMOKINGTHAT3 #10hunnit #DAWGPOUND #17-16MVP before Kurt warner not after.
Muoyrico9 ooo yeah nobody
Matt Leinart 😂😂
Josh McCown
Never saw Marvin Harrison, Larry Fitzgerald, and of course Anquan Boldin ever drop a pass. AB had hands and was very physical. Underrated!
It's early but Deebo Samuel is looking like Anquan Boldin with speed.

#8 Tory Holt
#7 Anquan Boldin
#6 Reggie Wayne
#5 Marvin Harrison
#4 Chad Johnson
#3 Terrell Owens
#2 Larry Fitzgerald
#1 Randy Moss
Deebo Samuel reminds me so much of Anquan
I never thought about that but you are exactly right 🙌💯
One of my favorite players
Andre Johnson or Issac Bruce should take Boldin place on this list.
Gary Matlock torry holt
Isaac burce was washed up after 2001.
MICOLE WHYTE fair enough
Love anquan boldin
People are over here saying it's mind boggling that Boldin and Fitzgerald were on the same team. But Reggie Wayne was told he shouldn't be on the list and Marvin Harrison was told he shouldn't be considered for the number 1 spot.
a next wr that work with bums qb
Not as bum as your acts
Bolden and Jordan Mathews are going to give patriots a run for their money
Flacco threw ducks that Boldin somehow came down with.
delusional
Flacco threw bullets
A top 10 list without comedians giving input. I love it
Number 9 My behind. Top 5
He got a ring with my Ravens.
Dam I miss him on the birds we don't got no wide outs
A mid round draft pick? He was drafted in the second round?
Grown man.

Hugh Garden
Where’s Marcus Coslton?
So where will fitzgerald land on this list🤔🤔🤔
I saw this the other night. Fitz is number 8
He's #8
Charles allen jr Which is bullshit. Fitzgerald is a top 10 WR all time. Should be top 3
@Mike Youngblood As much I respect Fitz, I wouldn't ahead of Marvin Harrison, Terrell Owens, and Randy Moss who were one, two, and three.
Sorry but Andre should’ve been in over Anquan
I’m takin prime desean Jackson over him
😂😂😂
Jackson was 2010’s
Boldin over wayne....🤣 OK
I mean he didn't have a really good qb till Warner but. Idk still think wayne should be just above bouldin
Splitz Cinamatics reggie had a hall of fame QB tho
THE MOST DISRESPECTED WR OF ALL TIME.. A little bias coming from a Florida State fan
It’s AJ BROWN clone !!
welcome to buffalo
Not better than Reggie Wayne or Andre Johnson tho.
Deebo Samuel
No
damn cardinals had the ugliest jerseys his first year
Boldin over Wayne? ew.
xDoge PvP Boldin played less seasons and has more TDs and about the same amount of yards. so yea. Boldin above Wayne
All that wasted cake…
Nfl films is trash for bold in and Fitzgerald being high on the list
take him out and put calvin
Dyllan mason nah, Megatron had his best seasons in the 2010s
true
Dyllan mason nah boldin has greater accomplishments and a ring
