Why is the speaker delegating his duties when it comes to this particular bill. Something seems not right.
I was asking myself the same question, we need an answer to that. If the speaker indeed wanted the bill to be past then he should stop delegating it and be present to help past it.

I am a Southern African resident and I would whole heartedly with my Friends, Village, City and Country accept to become disciples of Hon. Sam George. What he says in this short video resonates 101% with the thinking and beliefs that we truly hold as a community. Let anyone who want to bring these devilish, useless and incompatible mindsets to park their things and go back including their companies and their aid.
