It really depends on the brand of the company. If you're doing customer service for a boutique wedding attire company you want to be as formal a possible. If your doing custom service for like a video game as secondary company you might want to have a casual undertone. You want to match the brand.
The word 'honorable' might be improper if you are not actually addressing some government office or the likes of it. Otherwise, try 'good' instead or something similar.
