Railfanning the CN Dearborn Sub + IORY DSW-1 in Flat Rock 5/17/24

After having work most of the week, decided to use my day off to the fullest, using the morning to shoot trains on the CN Dearborn Sub and finally get the opportunity to shoot IORY DSW-1 coming across the Huron River in Flat Rock!

How much action this sub gets? I’m might go here some day on the weekend or something

It gets 4 turn jobs a day, L575 can be the only one that just doesn’t run. You need to get to the line at 7am. You’ll get L572 NBD, L571, L575 SBD. L572 works oakwood, L575 will return before 571, R986 goes OD at like 5pm then runs south and runs back usually in dark

@@WarrenMichiganRailfan its literally a 20 mile line between the Ford Rouge Plant and Flat Rock... what the heck do u think it's gonna get 20 trains??? 4 turn jobs, so 8 movements is great traffic.
