When i start getting labor pains and felt i am would be going into OT or LR anytime soon the first thing I did, I did my makeup 😂 a good distraction in labor and lucky enough I looked so fresh after my c section and pictures and video calls turned out good 😊

Congratulations for your baby anushe❤️ the way you packed your bag it seems to me you had a c.section, don't know your mode of delievery but i can guess from your packing cause normal delievery does not require too much of things Lastly all the youtubers and audience who suggest to have makeup or lipsticks in my personal opinion you should not ❌️ the more you look real and nothing colorful is on your skin the more for Dr will be easier to diagnose you and tell your condition, you should just have transparent lip and skin moisture and if you have wanted to feel good perfume or any fragrance based thing will work
Breast pump really helps. As it stimulates breast to produce milk. I got myself a philips one but its not necessary if you are tight on budget. You can apparently hand express as well.
Hi there! One thing that was an absolute life saver for me was a night gown that you can tie around your waist. Cz once you are in that hospital garb it’s pretty inconvenient trying to hold that nonsense closed in the back! (If you know what I mean)

1 most most important thing you should keep a water bottle with straw attached. You won't be able to getup again and again and you will be thirsty like hell. Its a must. Helped me alot. Also, You should also keep a pair of comfortable slippers, one more dress, sanitizer, hand wash, 1hair brush, 1 scrunchy, wet wipes to clean face if you don't feel like going washroom.

Hey anushae gudluck for your new journey.... There are a few things which I wanted to suggest you from your last hospital bag video... Avoid baby powder because when we put it on, babies inhale all the chemicals It's better to use baby cologne. I took pregnancy classes from AKUH and they also said same thing about baby powder... There are few other good toiletries brands in market which are better than Johnson's n Johnson... pigeon is one of them it's shower gels and lotion and colgn is worth buying (in my experience) .... If it's hard to find out comotomo avent and Tommy tippee are very good bottle brands... Breastfeeding will give you a whole different experience in starting it will be challenging but don't give up breastfeeding is just so worth it for your child and for you also ... Stay blessed 💖

There hypoallergenic shower gel which comes in 750 ml bottle which is 2 in 1(shampoo +body wash) is so gud and lasts for around 2 to 3 months .... I love there body lotion too I usually use their 3 products for my baby. Cologne, 2 in 1 body wash and Lotion.... My personal experience with pigeon was very satisfying as a mother ....
With newborn, you don't need to use any product other than 2 in 1 shampoo and shower. No cologne, no powder, no lotion and nothing at all. Just massage them regularly with olive oil or any other natural oil and they'll be perfectly fine.don't damage their skin with tons of products. Cetaphill is very good for every skin and i have used it for my daughter too. It is little expensive but worth it .

You just have to put little amount of it on baby's clothes before putting them on but yeah that's right not to new born but after a month or two you can use it.... It helps to keep baby hydrated and prevents nappy rash also...it's just that we all go through different experiences as a mother and it's always better to figure out what works for you and learn from our own experience...
Hmm if you have normal delivery you’d come back after 8 hours so you really don’t need much . Also adult diapers can’t help with the bleeding , pads with xyloaid + cooling pads would help . But even if it’s c section, you really can’t take bath till 6 th day.
Are you for real???. I mean bath on 6th day??? I have had Csection and the 2nd day doc told me to go and take shower, clean the incision. Normal or C-section bath is recommended daily.

Spectra is really good. I exclusively breast pump with both of my kids. To be honest Ill suggest you to exclusively breast feed I'm mean do not pump. Its a bit hard in beginning but It'll get better. Very rare babies need tongue tie and all.
