I have a little doubt regarding salary package. Because some of my colleagues are working in medical coding and they got higher salary package as a fresher. That was around 28-30k. They all joined different companies and told that now a days medical coding companies giving packages higher.
Definitely there are lot of changes in medical coding industry and there are lot of possibilities. But the stats we present was for often seen scenario.
Check if they are provided CTC or in-hand salary. If so in hand then do update us the firm names

It provides very low salary package. Inspite of this i'll suggest to go for scribing job in which the starting package is 3-3.6 and with experience definitely it will increase at least the increament ratio quite higher than coding. Apart from the package scribing job is quite easy if we compare it to coding, in coding u have to work harder.

Me cpc kar raha hu or mere institute ke kuch senior hair unme se me 2 person's ke bare me batata hu
1 bhaiya ko 26k salary as a fresher mili and after a year unki salary abhi 48k hai
And second friend hai jo 22k se laga tha and wo abhi 38k pe hai
Firstly please inform about the institute and centre where they are working.
See the salary that I mentioned are of overall in all not of a particular centre or institute.
You cannot say Google employee and some other company employee must be paid same amount for same position right.
You can google our details and check the average salary package.
Please ask them what is their in hand salary not CTC
