    A lot of people can't stand Bully Ray, but he has always been one of my favorites. Their is a big reason for that, and that is because he reminds me of my dad. I lost my dad when I was 17, and I have never gotten over it. It's just his demeanor and the way he carries himself that reminds me of my dad. Miss you dad!!!

    Been a fan for years. He, and Devon, honestly don't get enough credit for their impact on professional wrestling. Loved them in ECW. Bully single handedly kept TNA/ Impact relevant... ensured Old Man Hogan got screen time and made Brooke Hogan interesting for at least 15 minutes. Love his work in both the NWA and Impact. From his rise to notoriety in ECW to the top of the food chain, WWE to grow even more in TNA with the Aces and Eights to being the voice of Busted Open just to go into NWA and do an angle just to go back to TNA, aka Impact to be the heel that he is most known to be. He's my favorite heel to watch that sells the story PERFECTLY!

    He's completely right about Aew its a great show for how young it is with immense talent it just needs to tighten up the screws a bit. Fans take it way to personally when you tell them it isn't perfect it can still be entertaining chill. Just means it isn't technically sound all around which is what the goal should be. I also completely agree with the Wardlow assessment you got a guy that can replace your monster who was Miro and you just stopped out of nowhere. Between Wardlow and Hobbs I hope they start getting more time. Also cut the promos down having someone talk in the ring 30 minutes of every show takes away match time for talent.

      Well said. I got a buddy of mine who is an AEW die hard. I tuned into Revolution (Despite not keeping up with AEW) and texted him saying how good it was, but it could've been better because of X-Y-Z. His response was "Just admit you're a WWE fanboy and move on". Like, no. Even WWE makes mistakes (obviously). At the end of the day, I can still enjoy it. Doesn't mean that they don't have things that can improve.

    • @SirRavixofFourhorn
      @SirRavixofFourhorn ปีที่แล้ว

      @@NiFeGetsTubey Oh for sure. All wrestling companies make mistakes or could do certain thing better. Wrestling fans in general need to better at being fair about all wreslting and not just completely biased towards a certain company. I don't watch WWE very often but I don't sit around and trash them when it just isn't necessary because I happen to watch AEW. If anything i like what they've got going i think the Bloodlines cool, Cody is awesome and made the right choice in leaving AEW, and Gunther is a legit killer that could a be a world champ. Whenever Bubba decides to 'retire' I think he would be invaluable as someone in charge of the storytelling aspect of any pro wrestling organization. Knows so much and cares so much about the business.

    I never noticed this before, he really sounds exactly like Paul Heyman. It's also in what and how he says things but his voice and Paul's are very similar.

    Bully/Bubba Ray is one of those guys in the business who people thought wouldn't make a great singles wrestler because he and D-Von were a tag team for so long, but when he and D-Von split, they were testing the waters, so to speak and Bully Ray passed the singles wrestler test with flying colors.

    36 minutes into this interview and you guys are talking about how MJF wouldn't be able to play the same character in WWE. At the time I would have agreed with this. Now as I wrote this, a week before Wrestlemania XL, with all the main event edge currently, I could see that MJF fitting 5 his current character. Even more so next year after Raw goes to Netflix. Oh how things change and it's insane. What a time to be a fan!!!

    Given how much you’re in Vegas, I’d love to see you do an interview at the BlueWire studio with Brad Owen.
    Within different lanes, both of you have shown the power of TH-cam in getting over and building an audience.
