Authentic Ghanaian Garden Egg / Eggplant Abomu|| Ntrowa Abomu|| Nyadowaa Abomu

Today, we are making an Authentic traditional Ghanaian Garden Egg stew, popularly known as nyadowaa abomu or ntrowa abomu. It is delicious and has the authentic flavours found in local cuisines!

For this Abomu, you will need:
scotch bonnet pepper- a few- depending on your spice tolerance
momoni/ fermented fish- about an inch or 2
1-2 onions
2 tomatoes
a handful of roasted peanuts
about 6-8 garden eggs
1 medium size koobi/ salted fish
palm oil
garnish with koobi/ salted fish, avocado, hard boiled eggs, smoked mackerel.

However people should stop asking guests who are not really close to them “wobedi sen?” I witnessed someone do that to an in-law and it was awkward 😩😩. I will typically estimate 1.5 times what I will serve the rest of us for such a person. Ok I’ve used up all my energy on this comment so please serve me well🤣🤣🤣. Aawww the end though!
