Mind's eye really gotta transition without vaulting much given the slowed vaulting-- most of the times I vault I get ts I just try to hide from the hunter from the start of the game

As someone who's trying to learn how to kite and good kiting areas (basically trying to learn how to use survivors better) yay as a hunter main (specifically wu chang) im thinking "oh no" btw havent checked yet but if you havent yet can you do a video on how to kite each hunter or witch maps does a certain survivor excell at no matter what hunter also congrats on the 1k subs

By the way the red church the wall that can be dismantled, it so easy for hunter to catch up to u, especially when u againt some hunter that can dash or bringing blink its game over

Awesome video, did help with some places I automatically transitioned to. Newcomer, and unsure of how I've never seen your videos.
Additionally, in Lakeside, I do recommend avoiding decoding and/or kiting in the pier, the area behind the chair you mentioned in your video. Considering there's only one pallet there, it'll be really difficult to transition to better kiting areas without using any skills.

All of the kiting areas you mentioned i was a victim of getting incapacitated after using these areas xD SO RELATABLE thanks for the tip i will avoid them. There is a useless pallet i saw in red church too it’s close to the shack it’s too hard. The hunter was too close to me I had to use these areas.

I once kited a hunter for 5 ciphers and all I used is one window, one of the best matches of my life because I can’t even kite well :’)

What are some kiteing techniques I would use for Doctor or for avoiding fast hunters? I like to practice kiteing using Doctor bc of her slow vault speed.
Pallets are your best friend. Doctor does not have any abilities, you have to rely on pallet stuns. Furthermore, when you are hit, u should try to transition if possible because of the veteran boost.

All good. The question was about fast hunters, there’s an unlikely chance u will heal against them. Even if u do, u would have stun them well and stall long enough to heal. Yes doctor can heal

I kite so recklessly that I don't know if I can even call it kiting. Now that I think about it I almost always kite in open areas and I somehow survive 😭

hey rin, what do you think about the two pallets near the back gate on lakeside? i always hate kiting or even rescuing there, because those pallets aren't really that useful once you finish with them. you could try and transition to shack or small boat, but tide will be needed, probably.
Those are not that great of pallets, you should avoid kiting there. The transition would be kinda hard.
@@OiRin i agree. to be honest i don't like kiting anywhere at the back besides small boat and the walls near there. front is a lot safer in my book. ^^
I would have to disagree with you on the ruins part of Arms Factory. It's literally the best kiting spot there is. Windows are godsend, permanent, and there's a lot of it in that specific area.
Edit: But great advise on the others tho, I never thought about the areas you said in SHH cuz I seldom go there unless it's for cipher or dungeon

Sometimes I get terrorshocked via vaulting right in front of the pallet/window with 5 ciphers OR I somehow mindgame and loop the fuck out the hunter and get 5 ciphers done by the time I get down ?? Wh
I spawn in those areas and I’m always found first too… 😭

U missed out another bad pallet the hunter can just walk around and hit you in eversleeping beside that last spot u were talking about in the middle
15:35 actually is really bad... not only is it far away from any kiting area... but also the bus is really close to the pallets which can hit you.

I’d just like to thank you for the great advice you give in your videos! This one and the one you did on pallet stuns have really helped me become a better kiter. I used to kite for one cipher, maybe two if I’m lucky, and just now I kited for four ciphers while being double teamed in a 2v8 match before getting knocked down once! So yeah thanks for making my idv experience more enjoyable! ☺️
