Hello new commercial wholesaler here, what would you say is the most in demand commercial type to wholesale (light industrial, rv or mobile home park , apartments etc) I'll find my way just curious what asset type you would be focused on. Thank you
@@AndreTheCarGuy The market is constantly shifitng. Multifamily/apartments is always in demand I'd say, but hard to get a good deal since everyone wants it

@@AndreTheCarGuy Yes direct mail still works, but more so mom & pop commercial owners. Large corporation owners, the decision makers wont see your mail. I bought my 14 and 32-unit apartment complexes from direct mail to seller
