Both are great. One thing to note though is that while Ayato’s E already ended, Neuvillette can actually do 2 more CAs on top of what is shown since there are still 6 orbs on the floor
When ayato's E end you need to recycle your buff so it's should be ready again

Got them both and i would say neuvi is better at damage as for ayato he is better at utility.
Although for mobile players like me ayato might feel better to handle (not at all a reason to stop pulling neuvi, just a comfort thing)
Yeah I regret pulling for Neuvi he is not very comfortable to play on mobile and I play mostly on mobile. On Pc he is really comfy but I dont reccomend him for mobile only players unnless they really like his playstyle.
Yeah I don't own a pc so I have to play on mobile and tbh... I'm kinda underwhelmed for that reason. I have trouble using his charged atk but perhaps I'll learn to control it.
I relate to this on a high level as a mobile player. Ayato feels convenient to use unlike neuv which is uncomfortable at times due to his ca not hitting enemies which causes to reduce the full potential of his dmg output
Nah I play on mobile, And it's like I am playing a shooter game when using Nuevillete

They are both great and amazing, have them both and they both have a good build but as for Ayato I use him as a support more than DPS his ulti really good for freezing with Ganyu ulti or Ayaka

neuvillette is the winner for me. I used to be an Ayato main and I used 4pc shimenawa with 59/205 cr ratio and each tick was around 10-11k (talents 3, 10, 8) I used the same pcs on neuvilette and not only the cr ratio was greater but each charged atk was around 20k raw (talents 7, 5, 6)
But ayato is more flexible. I skiped nav for ayato because of that.

If after seeing a ayato c0 finishing with almost the same time as a neuvilet c6 doesnt open u eyes than nothing will.

retrospect post furina is 20/20, neuvillette is currently the most powerful hypercarry in the game by leaps and bounds

They are both very strong, if you have good artifacts and a 5 star sword there will not be a significant difference between them. Ayato is still an S-rated character too.

1. Ayato had already started slashing and was already halfway in before the hydro archon started attacking yet they killed at the same time.
2. The hydro archon have 2 more deadly canon of doom ready to be used even after his first shot ends.

This boss doesn't do it justice, if any boss had very very high hp, neuvillete could keep the dps going while ayato needs to set up every time.
On waves of monsters neuvillete might be able to clear faster but then again, genshin doesn't have content that requires this much dps.
Neuvillette is better than Ayato. There's no need to get offended by reality, lol. Accept it just like I accept that Hu Tao is better than Diluc 🤧 Neuvi is a dragon, so it makes sense. That doesn't make Ayato useless. He is just as useful

I love Ayato but people say he's boring too because in his E skill he's locked in place, even more than Neuv if we're being honest.
My advice for people: Pull for Neuv if your favourite anime is DBZ or Ayato if you're a fan of Demon Slayer. I'm both. 😭
Even comparing raw damage, C6 ayato does way more burst damage than c6 Neuvillette.
He looked cool, but he reminded me of ganyu, so I felt like I would be soon bored of his gamestyle.

You can't compare a character when using different teams. Either do it with the same team or just the character alone to measure the "raw" damage. These kind of videos are really useless.
I just killed ayato in my account, after taked neuvillete c0r1. Neuvillete is very. VERY BETTER
Their damage is close, but ayato lacks mobility and sustainability, as well as range. He also can’t self-sustain nor can he face-tank.
mona is not really a good fit for neuvillete in abyss, unless is bosses because her debuffs is just likes 6 sec

Neuv lacking off field presence and maneuverability are the only things I don’t like about him
He is pretty agile though even charging his ca lol, the only thing he really lacks is an off field presence, thats it
why does an on field dps need off field utility anyway? if you off field presence just go for yelan she so much better than ayato

I have Ayato’s signature weapon and his Artifacts but I still don’t want him. Reason being I am tired of farming nobushi after raising Ayaka her weapon and Ayato’s weapon. I can’t do it anymore…. I can do exploration and building for Neuvillette since it’s a new region. Also I have to press lesser buttons than Ayato to do same damage. Playing day after day you don’t know the comfort you get by pressing lesser buttons. Also I have a 12000 DPI mouse I got for 20 dollars so no issues there. But I’m not doing Neuvillette 360 spin as I get nauseous.
You do realize that you can just hold the attack button and Ayato will keep attacking during his skill duration, right?

Ayato with YunJin is a joke😂 give him Hypercarry too then you can compare. From my perspective both are good, but Ayato is just more comfy. Neuvilette is sort of a gimmick as they run out of ideas

@@jupiter9974 Neuvilette is locked in that awkward hydro pump state during which you need to aim at the target and worry about getting knocked down unless you spend wishes on his constellations or do a shielder set-up. Meanwhile for ayato you just press E and swush-swush.
Both has pros and cons, comfy is purely subjective. So Neuvilette is more comfy for me. Can you move while doing a charge attack? Yes Can you do a Charge attack after getting interrupted? About 2 more times also skill issue since neuvilette is a range attacker just keep proper distance. The Final pro is he sustainable? Neuvilette can heal himself 3 times.
@@zennarde It is subjective how comfy it is, but I'd rather perform quick attacks hitting everything in front of me rather than enter special charged attack state and have to aim from that awkward diagonal angle. He has self-heal and means to re-enter the state for a reason. So as you said, someone needs to have as high of a skill as you to truly enjoy it.
If you play on mobile playing Neuvilette sucks ass. Its really annoying to aim the CA and then get interrupted while missing half of it since the enemies move so much. (Lost to Qiqi while trying for c1) On pc tho its totally different Neuvilette is really comfy to play on pc he does get interrupted quite a lot tho, but aiming and everything else is really easy and comfortable.

Ayato is better. Genshin impact is a game that rewards multiple reactions. Ayato can be used in national and dendro teams. He also have off field presence. Neu not working properly with kazuha and bennet will turn into a demerit sooner than you think.
Neuvi works with Kazuha tho, wtf u on about?
Also, not needing Bennett is a big + because it allows you for easier team building in abyss.
@@vukkicos5688 no he doesn't work properly with kazuha. Neuvillete is a character that wants long field time. Kazuha's dmg% buffs and res shred do not last that long. That's the reason why furina provides dmg% for long duration. It's for units like neuvillete.
@@akashsingh-wb1re Kazuha's dmg% buff can be applied off-field, meaning that he provides damage bonus for about 16s. VV res shred cant, meaning that it last for 8 deconds after swirl.
Most of Neuvillete's damage can be compressed into 9-10s window due to nature of his kit, meaning that he can use Kazuha's buffs to almost a full extent.
Meanwhile, Ayato needs to have his burst up all the time in order for Kazuha to be able to swirl Hydro, which more often than not makes rotations quite weird unless you have another hydro unit in the team.
@@vukkicos5688 i wouldn't call 1-2 seconds of vv shread as good character synergy. Realistically you'll use kazuha skill after his ult to align mobs meaning low vv duration.
You might even need to use kaz hold skill for more spread out mobs meaning even lower vv duration.
Now you might need to use xiangling pyronado. Thus taking time to switch characters and casting ult meaning even lower vv duration.
Lastly kazuha's whole sellpoint is vv shread and double swirl. So if you're not using neu with a reaction unit with high dps like xl and not utilizing kaz vv shread then it's better to use kaz with someone else.
Neuvillette not working well with kazuha would be a big demerit..... lmao dude, no, he's been destroying bosses not immune to hydro on his own, do you think he even needs it? Besides, even without the abyss blessing, with furina around he would still be destroying abyss mobs not immune to hydro lol
