Srushti Jayant Deshmukh 10th Percentage and 12th Percentage
She went for school at Carmel Convent, BHEL, in Bhopal. She was a good, hard-working student. In 10th class, she got a CGPA of 8.
In her 12th board examination, she obtained an overall percentage of 93.4%.
Srushti could not gain admission into the IITs, as she had hoped for. So, she pursued engineering (B.Tech in Chemical Engineering) from a private engineering college (Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal).

mam mai bohot Chhoti jagah se hu yaha coaching ki koi achhi institute nahi hai or na mere paas itne paise hai ki mai dusri jagah jau.. so mam please tell me how to start my preparation without coaching classes.. mam please support my dream .. your one answer can change my life🥺🥺🥺
She can't give you answer like this. Chose a mentor ( guide) and don't think about coaching institutions. It's not much tough. If you have some further questions I'll try to assist you.

Summary of the video
1) You have to make your own strategy for cracking upsc or follow which is apt for you.
2) Make a clear understanding about the syllabus
3) Give your best to grasp Current Affairs
4) Practice Previous Year Question Papers ( This will help you to know which points you need to focus while reading current affairs too).

Mam I have a doubt mam.....now I have both ncert books and also syllabus...but I am confused that which topic belongs to which topic and consequently there will be close relation to tht topic......so I find difficult to examine the syallabus.....so I request you to make clear of this...orelse say ur tricks or easy methods to find out the syallabus mam......I believe that u will clarify my doubt mam and finally...if I asked anything wrong please forgive me mam

We have to decide our goal, what should be the career and with what should we deal our life. There will be doubt, whether can we crack UPSC exam or not, but mam told that if she had cleared the exam, then we can also clear the exam. This was the main message she wanted to give us. We have have our own strategy and plan depending upon interest and circumstances. We should have determination and should beleive in our self. The UPSC journey is long, we have convince every single day that we can do it. We should have copy of the syllabus and previous year question paper. We have to make our own notes which has to be condensed. We should know what to study, how to study and how to present answer. News paper- editorial.

telling from my own experience, its not going to work everyday! after 2 3 months you will get bored. so its better to take online coaching like PW if you are preparing from home
