Hey, after HR round, there won't be any interview. After training there may or may not be any interview, because it depends on client that they want to have it or not. Training period won't be that much tough, there will be regular assessments, You just have to be attentive and focused. No need to worry, you will do Great. As a fresher everyone has a doubt but you should believe in yourself. All the best 🙂

No, it's not real. You can be in free pool for maximum 3 months, in that time if you are responsible enough, then you will definitely try to find out a project and get tagged. You will get mails on daily basis, for project allocation if your profile would be shown in free pool. But if you don't want to get tagged in these 3 months, then hr will contact you.

Hi, I joined wipro in July this year. In August a project was allocated to me, Which is TAKEDA UAM project. Just 2-3 weeks of training was given and I am working. This is very very easy project, no technical knowledge required in this. It looks like my skills are being wasted, I think even 10th class student can do this work easily. And it is shift based project, sometimes we need to work in night shift, early morning also as you told in video also. Then it is becoming frustrating. So, I want to change the project. So, can you please give me the idea that to whom I need to approach for project change, and what is the right way to do that. Please reply 🙏
Hey, Please connect with your HR. Ask your teamlead for release for giving a solid reason, don't say like my skills are getting wasted, otherwise there might be possibility that they won't like it. And then you can search for the projects.
If you will be in same company then percentage of hike won't be much, but if you will switch you can get 100, 200, 300 percent hike sometimes. All depends on your skills and experience.

Yes there are chances that you get your preferred location, but you can't be 100% sure. Once you complete the training, you will be getting multiple mails for different project opportunities on different locations, from there apply for your preferred location and skills.
But in this year my batchmates are saying that they are not giving opportunity to choose project as per their requirement, rather they are just allocated projects for them. Is that possible to get the preferred location at least after 1/2 yr of joining as a freshers in WILP ?

If he has downloaded it prior to your interview, then he can use the old one. But during interview you can check with him, and request him to use the replaced one.

@@sairavindra50 once you will resign, in employee separation portal there will be a final settlement option. You can check there, they might deduct your 2 months salary for settling.

After getting offer letter, you won't have any exam. You will have training, after that there will be an exam, it's not very hard.

If he has downloaded it prior to your interview, then he can use the old one. But during interview you can check with him, and request him to use the replaced one.

I have a bond for one year and it's 6 months since I joined, if I apply for resignation ,go to know that the notice period is 3 months should I need to pay the fee after those 3 months ??
not full amount there will be calculations done by HRs for 3 months 1/4 of bond amount

@@sairavindra50 once you will resign, in employee separation portal there will be a final settlement option. You can check there, they might deduct your 2 months salary for settling.
