If you’re listening with earphones but also trying to sleep on your side and the earphone is bothering you, I HIGHLY recommend a donut baby pillow (the ones for when babies have flat heads) there’s a hole in the middle but the pillow is super comfy, I actually bought it when I got my cartilage pierced but it works so well in this circumstance too so I wanted to share 😊
