So in the Asmodeus episode he said there was one thing he wanted besides magnus to stay down there was that his magic because when he came back up he didn’t have it anymore I was always confused at that part
I think Asmodeus knew how important magic is for Magnus so he took his magic and he’s just waiting for Magnus to come back in edom to ask his magic back. It’s just a way to make Magnus stays in edom with him. This is just a theory of course !
What magnus wants is just his dad's love like normal dad 's do , but unfortunately his dad is a demon cos magnus felt that even as demon he can still be a dad cos he knows his dad loves him most out of his kids ,God knows how many of them,magnus keep hoping they can maintain at least a little cordiality ,but he has come to understand that a demon will always be a demon,and hadalways asked for impossibility every time magnus comes to him to ask for help cos he wants magnus to rule beside him,but the human side of magnus had been able to supercede every power his dad uses to bring him to the dark side,magnus is a beautiful soul,dad was able to manipulate him when he was young and do not know better.
It is more than fascinating,thst is why am really feel like my life is just squashed ,and my heart gaugef out since i heard of the cancellation,cos i even postpone my vacation thst i planed in sugust so that i will be able to watch it without missing anything,my whole family watches shadowhunter ,and they made my granny miserable when my sister told her that our favourite show is gone,and my sister ,she locked herself in her room ,cried so much in the morning that she has to call off school cos her eyes was so swollen from crying and they will ask her about what happen to her,my family that lives in the u.k keep calling and crying too cos they love the show a lot and we are all malec shipers ,magnus was favourite of granny ,and luc and simon,alec and maia,,it was a nightmare for me today ,cos i don't know how to console my loved ones and friends cos i couldn't manage myself much less helping others who needed me,,even now am still sitting on my couch thinking and sad,and my sister hasn't opened her door since morning cos she insanely loves dhadowhunters.I wish they know or understand how much these shows mean to people,shadowhunters means a lot to many cos everyone has something out of it that they connect to ,and it has a diverse cast and audience which makes it unique,i have never loved a show that rattles me to the core like this,i find it cruel that they cancel the show no matter the reason,it is cruel and wicked in a way cos it seems they don't care about our feelings ,fans who have dedicated these 3 yesrs to them without disappointing,how can they do thisbto us ,it is hesrtlesd,i also blame freeform,they never promote season 3 fully ,fans did it for them,,whstever problem they have with neflix ,they must consider us too,and neflix is footing the bill and freeform is a 3rd party ,so thry want control of tjing s but freeform does not want it and thry pull the plug ,what about us then? Who considers us.
