Can't really understand how anyone can like coffee that much! You are putting in soooo much effort for just a cup of coffee! Give me a cup of tea any day!
Stumbled across your channel as a new XSR 700 owner. Your bike looks great, I am working the mods on mine now. Think I’m about 50% of the way done. Stylmartin leather riding sneakers for me. Comfortable and fits my look. Keep up the great content, I am subscribing now!
Cappuccino Moto for sure! I got one of the burgundy ( I think? I forget the actual color way ) captains. They’ve got a good number of different colors and styles, quality to price ratio is pretty solid imo. Clean up easy and wear beautifully.
I love the look of wearing just normal boots but dont trust the protection if the worst ever happens, so I'm looking to buy the TCX hero boots or something similar. Best of both worlds, the look and the protection. I also notice you wear a lot of shirts, so maybe check out the bobhead shirts. They're kevlar lined and look really good too.
True, worst case, you go down, i'm sure having CE rated boots are better than just leather. That said, I can't find a real-world test case for CE rated boots. As an engineer, i love data, just need to see it. I understand the force equation that rated the levels of CE, but at 70MPH not sure that CE level 1 is doing that much. Nice suggestion on Bobhead! Never seen before, but recognize the design similar to a few other guys out there, maybe the same supplier/manuf.
@@CappuccinoMoto for me personally it's just ankle protection I want. A good stiff leather boot will do that, but the armour will give me peace of mind. After finding bobhead, I noticed 1 or 2 other brands pop up. No idea which came first but bobhead in my eyes is the original. Their shirt paired with their cut look really good
In my country (Spain) is mandatory to have mirrors on both sides in bikes that can hit more than 100 km/h, you are lucky for can be able to ride only with the left! I love the aesthetics of yours! I would be a proud owner of a brand new XSR700 since April 3rd if all covid-19 mess didn't come up 4 weeks ago 😔 Now I counting days till quarantine ends, everybody's life come to normal and I can start enjoying such a beast! At least we have your videos to refresh our minds a little bit and escape from our homes through youtube haha. Keep safe and healthy everybody and stay home for this ends early! PS. BTW I also have a V60 and the Hario kettle as well haha. Since I purchased an Aeropress I almost never used the V60 though! Only for that days that you have a lot of spare time and you want to chill enjoying the process and break a little bit the routine.
We technically don’t require any mirror :). But you would need to use hand signals haha. Soon, brother! Xsr is so fun hope you can get soon! For sure keep living through my videos until we can get back to our lives! Haha. Thanks for watching too! The aero press is great. Which method do you use? I have one and use it maybe once a week.
Really enjoying your clips - keep it up! I just got a pair of Spada Pilgrim Grand brown boots - a great boot with a lot of additional protection and very comfortable. HOWEVER - sat on the bike with them on for the first time and I can't get my foot under the gear shifter! The Sole and boot combined is so thick the gear shifter just butts up against the boot. Such a shame. So.. they're going back. Any recommendations for a smart, hard wearing (pref brown!) boot much appreciated.
Always enjoy the content Jacob! As for boots I have a pair of redwings that I will wear a lot & I also have a pair of the John Doe Falcon boots that I really like...and they have the built in protection. Nice Saint gear, yes please do a review on that stuff...would be very interested in your opinion comparing the Saint jeans to the UglyBros...since I definitely can’t afford both?!
Content. Content Content! got about 6 videos in the hopper :). I want to try those John Does soon, aren't they just XTM lined? Better than just the leather for sure tho. Quickly, Saint is doing great. I love the options for sure. Different fits compared to the UglyBros. Way baggier crotch, maybe those Aussie boys .... i'll stop there hahaa. I have Saint Model 3 jeans. I love them. Since they're one layer, it feels similar to a normal jean, but i will say i sweat more in the Saints vs the UglyBros. Odd because the Uglybros have 2 layers!
Cappuccino Moto So yeah the John Doe boots do have the XTM liner, they also have the built-in protection for the ankle and the reinforced heel/soul. They also have the CoolMax liner, so I primarily use them in the summer, my feet don’t get as hot. The thing I like most about them is they have the zip down the side on the interior, makes getting them on and off so much easier than my redwings! Thanks For the heads up on the jeans, I do think I would lean more towards the UglyBros...Looking forward to the next video!
@@j-h-526 true, the zip wins! Also, they're not bad on $ and look solid. This 'reinforcement' at heal and soul is stitching, i think. But dont actually see it ... any diagrams you've seen?
spencer morrison ehhhh not really. It’s their Kevlar infused denim but I would guess the stitching is different vs the Moto jeans. They had a sale, I splurged on it all. Plus it comes in handy for doing work!
I have the Dainese metropolis that comes with a little bit more protection than regular sneakers like Vans Old Skool sk8 high and have similar aesthetics. I used to wear it for my daily commute to office as they look very casual and convenient for an everyday work.
Bing Crosby unintentionally created the Canadian tuxedo in 1951 when a hotel in Vancouver refused to allow him entry because he was dressed head to toe in denim. True story. Nothing to do with motorcycling.
Does anyone live in Ohio man?! You're so lucky to have the roads to yourself. Come to California and you'll fend off death on the road every 5 minutes.
The production quality is absolutely insane mate. Keep it up
Appreciate it! Still not to where I want haha but it’ll maybe get there! Haha. More to come soon!

Hahaha sip slow, ride fast!

You’re the man! I don’t think I’ll ever be done with the mods. Stylmartin’s are fine lookin all around!
Forget the boots , what beautiful iron horse
I haven’t gotten a real set of riding boots, but I use my Thursday brand boots. Full leather, real solid construction and hold up real well so far!
hey! it's thursday today :) hahaa. i dont have experience with any thursday's ... sounds like you recommend!

Thanks Lewis! I’m sometimes chill... or I try to be

@@kieranmeehan6300 the reinforced toes and sole in case your motorcycle falls onto your foot are to take into account too !
Man, you spent all that time to CGI out all the traffic! Wow. Respect! 😃

nice! sounds like a mix of rugged and comfort!

Cappuccino Moto I think I go with inverted method like 90% of times haha. Only when I want to reproduce a certain recipe I use the regular one.
Juanjo Valiño same here. Inverted most of the time.
1 min coffee pour was somewhat soothing haha. I use Falco boots. Love them.

I couldn't find the Chippewa Cappuccino Motos online. Where do you find those?
Checkout Falco Ranger boots. Style and safety.
so all saint jeans can be trusted to protect against a slide? not just the moto ones?

spencer morrison still look at their Workwear. It’s killer day to day machine, welding, abrasion style work activities. I’m gonna ride with it too
I wear a pair of Dainese shortys. But I. after a leather pair of casual look.
Joe B no riding in the leather boots?

Super informative. 👍
Those are nice! Great stuff! 💪

Good vid thanks...what was the speedometer? is that stock or aftermarket.....oh and thanks for wearing the CANADIAN tuxedo lol
Haha Canadian*. Speedo is stock. But relocated with bracket from Brogue Motorcycles.
Rev’it Ginza 2 boots are what I wear. They’re pretty hipster looking you might like em lol
The quality of the video and content is absolutely insane.... But I didn't get the answer though😅
Wicked vid 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
thanks mr Joe!
So! What DOES make a motorcycle boot?
Where you been bro?
I love your content, continue with the videos. I use Vans on my rides 😂
Rui Cap I have two pairs of vans! Which ones do you prefer?!

More about coffee and ads than boots but still like the boots
