What’s up guys/gals . In todays video I installed Nissan titan headers on my Infiniti m45 . As stated plenty of times in this video , This job is not for the weak. 10 outta 10 don’t recommend. Headers had to be modified on both sides . You have to drop the frame a little . You gotta remove the starter . It’s really a pain . I had a major exhaust leak and misfire and a very noticeable loss of power. The car was beyond sluggish but when the new exhaust w headers was installed it really opened up the car . The car sounds amazing. The car is way faster then it normally was . Honesty it’s pretty fast for a car that has 279k miles . You can find the headers I used on eBay I will put the link in the comments . After 2 days of having headers installed steering joint decided to “YEET” itself off the steering shaft . More than likely it was my fault the joint was rubbing the headers I did not used raised mounts nor did I shave the joint down . Now the car is down until parts come in to fix it . 🤣 all I can do is laugh at myself . This header experience was a great experience to remember I definitely had fun I learned a lot and turned a lot of wrenches .

my starter went out on my 04 and when I heard a motor mount might have to come out, I had a shop do it! They shoehorned in that motor where a V6 sits in Japanese version. Lots of miles on her but still running strong!

Yo seeing this im def just gonna drop the drivetrain again. took my like 4 hours to have it out, I jus swapped in a good stock one from another car while i was in there. same with engine mounts, way easier to do with it all out.
It will probably be easier dropping the drivetrain we dropped the frame maybe 2” and then did everything starter had to come out and everything but to me it was worth it if you seen what I was driving on
@TayVq yeah thats crazy how yours was fucked. Mine was cracked in half on the log part between the first 2 cylinders and the back 2. Under the heat sheild. One of the cats do rattle a bit tho, prolly gonna do what it did with yours

@@GPharaod9 the headers on these cars crack causing a exhaust leak that’s the reason I went aftermarket
