With the team that I play for, the refs can be so vigilant as to whether a player has conducted a violation. Even if we move our pivot foot by a centimeter they still call a travel and they don't slack off (i do give them credit for that but they sometimes make really harsh and stupid calls.)
It just doesn't make sense that these NBA refs (who are supposed to be "professionals") are unaware of NBA players performing the most obvious violations.

Ariza is just an inconsistent spot-up shooter and Luc do well but he's not a big-game scorer. We only have two of those guys off the bench: Green and Gordon......sometimes, Anderson but I wouldn't count on him.
